I stopped seeing this Dr immediately after he told me he was a happily married man before preforming my pap. He also explained he doesn't feel I should be on disability because there is nothing psychically wrong with me. The final straw for me was that he wouldn't acknowledge my then life partner as a family member because we were not married.This Dr. Replaced a Dr that went down for writing prescriptions. So they treat EVERY single patient as a drug seeker.Don't try to tell him something is mentally wrong with you because his solution is stop imaging things. He will not treat mental health!You have to request specific referrals, he will not recommend specialist treatment or alternative services and solutions that may be available.Also after reading over other reviews you can see he takes the time to personally thank those who give him 5 stars, but everyone else is not responded to. One would think he would want to resolve any issues a patient experienced during his care.

This doctor is so over booked, arrogant and very unreliable and does not follow through. Don't ever think he will see you, should an emergency arise, as he has taken on too many patients and your appointment will be up to a month to three out. Plus, all he ever does is brag about how much his wife can bench press and throws tons of weight training materials at you. I weigh 114, so not overweight. Not to mention, he dang near let my 79 year old sister die.C'mon, I had enough of his incompetence and hired A Sparrow Hospital affiliated Doctor, had my first appointment and found spots in my lungs, liver and kidneys and a mass on my liver. Thank God I left Dr. Incompetent!Christine Livesay-Martin

I will never shake off when he asked me in front of my daughter when she was adopted.She was not.Dr. Patsy is not client focused, trauma centered or trained on diversity.He is completely insensitive.His solution to every problem was to lift weights.He stopped filling my prescription, never returned my calls during a potential contagious exposure to my family and told me I would die within a year if I did not eat at least fish in my diet as I have gone completely plant-based for health.

Only 5 stared so people could’ve see this the office staff there is awful and very rude. Literally had someone hang up on me. The office manager refused to talk to my mom about my appointment even after I gave them permission on the phone. They are not ran like a hospital expect to feel like your dealing with a play doctor. Like a 4 year old with a stethoscope. Please DO NOT GO here DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN here. You will regret it.
