List of Azmy Allam's Reviews
Dr. Allam is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He goes way out of his way to make sure you get the best care possible. Diagnostic tests are often scheduled for the same day as office visits. He will call you personally to discuss you health concerns and follow up immediately as necessary. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Allam is a caring and thorough doctor, he sees both of my parents and orders plenty of testing to make sure that they are taken care of. He has the best intentions for his patients and his staff is amazing.
Dr. Allam is wonderful and caring. He offers same-day appointments for all of his patients. I tried to get my father in with another local Pulmonologist and was told the wait was 3 weeks. Dr. Allam and his staff had him in the next day.
Saved my life!! Yes, he's busy but very kind and exceptionally talented. To the person who had to wait or had an imperfect visit, please know healthcare providers are stretched thin and sometime they have to take emergency cases.
The front desk was very helpful. The medical tech was very kind and informative.I waited two hours after them.Dr Allam bursts into the room with a worker he did not identify nor, did she identify herself. The doctor immediately begins to check my throat and lungs. While doing so he shouts "you came for a sleep machine! You came to the right place I get you one!" As if I won something on a gameshow. He abruptly leaves before I could speak leaving me with said unidentified worker. She regards me with disintrest to say the least and tells me they have to check with my insurance to see what they cover to schedule a sleep study. She then asks if I have any questions. I told her I had many questions for the doctor as this was my first visit to any doctor in over a decade. She gives me short answers to a few question hurrys the dialogue and then abruptly leaves too.I left Dr Allams office feeling confused and very frustrated.I waited two hours for less than a three minute visit. It seems the level of care and concern from doctor Allam is determined by what insurance provider you have.I would not recommend him to anyone.
His staff is wonderful. Always cheerful and knowledgeable. Never have to wait very long in the waiting room. Dr Allam has a quick wit and grasps what is needed for your care quickly. He is very busy because his services are in demand. It is well worth being one of his patients.
This place is a joke avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can get better care at a zoo
Receptionist was rude on phone when I was asking about a previous phone appointment with dr allam. Finally got her to give me a 4PM phone appointment same day. Appointment was at 4PM. MA called at 4:26pm and said she had settled our complaints . Said that she would cancel our phone appointment. Drove all the way to owosso to sobak and nothing was settled . By that time dr office was closed. Very angry.
Doctor Allam is very polite & I trust him in what he says . as well as his staff i would recommend him to any one also now has a Urgent care at his faculty i like it because he right there across the hall if need to see him i have been with Doctor Allam since 2012 .
How can a doctor make a diagnosis without even doing an exam or asking some questions. Well Dr Allam does it. His staff was great but he did not instill any confidence for me in his ability to help me. If you need a pulmonologist find another doctor because Dr Allam does not care about you or your health issue.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
