What an incredibly difficult person! Wow. Not a spark of compassion or professionalism. Doctors are tohelp and heal, this person drags you down. Then it rubs off onto testy receptionists. If you dislike your job so, find a different one! Will NEVER go again. Calling my insurance now to remove her name from 'primary'!

Had her as a kid, then went back to her after having my first child. She was rude and so was her staff. I addressed some of my own personal stuff and I'm 100% sure she told her whole staff because I got pulled into another room by another nurse who I didn't even see or checked me in talking about my personal questions I asked MY doctor and giving me HER opinion.. I felt as if my life was blasted for everyone to know and that's not very professional.

Extreme bad doctor with a very rude front desk person (jan). I choose this place last year because it was the only place at the time that could take my insurance and get me seen. If I had known of how rude the desk person is and how bad the doctor was i wouldn't have bothered. The desk person (jan) is always cranky and in a bad mood and doesn't really want to deal with people. Carol vorenkamp is horrible, basically the worst doctor I've ever been to. Barely has any knowledge of illnesses and ignores you and gives you the wrong diagnosis. During my recent visit I was told to go there to get a referral for a neurologist to get my head looked at and figure out what's wrong with me. Because I had to go to the er, because I couldn't move out of my bed because my head was spinning and i felt weak and would randomly collapse or almost collapse. Today doctor vorenkamp and her medical staff diagnosed me with a "headache" and sleep issues which they put me on pills for...i sleep 7/8 hours a day so I know I'm getting enough sleep. I had other things i wanted to get looked at as well while I was there but before I could say anything she said "see you in a month", then stormed out of the room. So I didnt get a neurology appointment or anything else looked at i needed and shes my primary care "person". Do not go here, your wasting time and money for stupidity, rudeness, and much much more.
