My husband and I are patients and feel that we are well taken care of. The Staff also is very well-trained and helpful. We were disappointed that Dr. Jeff will only have Friday appointments in Lansing before long. We will definitely remain in his care. Bonnie Kent

Dr. Jeff has been my skin doctor for over 10 years. I cannot say enough good things to tell you about him. BEST bedside manor. Best attention to detail. He has found several questionable spots over the years and treated them, once found an issue and had to remove it surgically, the incision was in the middle of a tattoo and he went the extra mile to preserve the Eagle, Globe and Anchor, you have to look very close to see the cut. He is a great Doctor and a good human being.

I was refused service for refusing to wear one of their paper masks. I offered to cover my nose & mouth with my shirt and was told that was unacceptable, it had to be a mask. I was not asked why I wouldn't wear it.

Medical visits would be much more enjoyable if all Physicians were like Dr. Messenger. He is knowledgeable, kind and talks to you instead of at you. He answers all your questions and truly cares about his patients. His MA, Jaymee is super helpful and just makes the experience that much better. A+++

This review applies to entire health park facility. Poor communication practices. At least half the time I call, I get a voice mail, always during operating hours. They don't call with results but claim they do (happened twice). I requested to speak with office Mgr (about this issue), I was never called. I requested to have paperwork mailed, it wasn't. One positive is DR Texted me results and treatment options. So at least I got my questions answered.

I was referred to Dr Messenger and after being canceled 3 times it was time to look for a new Doctor. If you can’t get in in 2 month time. And you really need to see them. Something is wrong with the hole picture.

This is my feelings. I think if you make an appointment with a doctor they should be held to the same guidelines as the patient. The first time they canceled on me I was on my way there. The second time they called the day before. And the last and final time they called me twice in the same hour. So if you can’t get a new person in you should not lead them on. I would not recommend them.
