Was here 10mins before they closed had three cars in the parking lot and were already closed so I called them to see if they were still able to see our toddler and they stated we’re closed sorry, I stated we were there and they don’t close for another ten minutes and they said sorry we’re at maximum capacity and can’t take him, sorry but I doubt this place holds three cars worth of patience’s . I feel this is unexceptionable your lobby is stated is open until 8pm that means you except patients until then and then lock your doors and work over time if necessary.

The wait time in the lobby is always an hour+ long, even if there's only two other people waiting and no ones leaving. They'll sit at the desks and ignore you chitchatting about their personal lives. Waste of your time, go to a different urgent care they don't even take patients in order. Multiple people walked in after me and were taken back BEFORE me.

Myself and my son came in the front desk very nice and sweet we got seen did strep test negiavte comon cold get over yourself if not better next week come back we alrrady been sick over a week. Sons tonslies where hugh she said no anitoboctic has to run its course. We wherent getting better so we went to different ugrent care last night my son bronctics myself pnemonia. They started us in the office the antioboctic. Hopefully now on the.mends will never use your office again

I took my mother there Tuesday. Prompt. Clean and Excellent bedside manners from Dr. Bishop!! I myself went in today. Dr. Bishop was not available. I had NP Tami. She was Rude and made an unprofessional comment about Dr.Bishop. Rotten bedside manners!! I would not recommend her at all! I would recommend you see anyone but her.

Went in for a head cold which usually leads to me getting a lung infection.( I get every year)they were told this when i went in. They gave me a covid and influenza test. Got a phone call today for a 600.00 bill

Prompt, less than 5 min wait in lobby, went in on a Sunday with cold symptoms. They got me right in a checked me out. I did not have to sit and wait for the Dr she came in right after the nurse took my vitals. The PA (Amy I think?) Came right in and got right down to business.

The receptionist at the front desk is so nice and helpful! I don't remember her name but she was awesome!My problem here is receiving a bill for $1500 for three nasal swabs done. You need to tell patients how much these tests are before doing it. Had I known I would have been charged this amount, I would have said no! I cannot afford this! I was only expecting to pay my normal co-payment.

My family has visited this Urgent Care a couple of times for our young daughter and both times I’ve been blown away by our experience. There has never been anyone else in the waiting room with us and they get us right into a room. Our total time there both times was less than 1 hour. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They never make us feel like a burden and the staff never rushes us.

Everyone polite and helpful, not a super long weight time, if you need x-rays call ahead only available at certain times
