I went here to get a referral for an ENT for a condition I've had for years. Dr isa or whatever his name was told me i had gurd or indigestion told me he would NOT give me a referral, he prescribed me a prescription i didn't need. So i found a new dr, i went to Dr Brett @ the Arnold medical center. He confirmed that I was right and gave me my referral to the ENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO TO DR OLIVERS OFFICE unless you want to be misdiagnosed you would be better off seeing an online dr. I was so disappointed with this place

Moved here recently and needed to find a new doc. I am diabetic. Made an appointment 2 months out with this doc. On the day of my appointment I called to confirm I had the correct day because nobody called me to remind me as most offices do. During my call I was told that the doc needed to cancel and everyone was called the day before. I told them I had no missed calls. Office girl read my number back to me and it was wrong. I asked when could I get back in to see him and she acted surprised that I wanted to reschedule. She then tells me the next available appt. is another month out. This is a pretty terrible way to run a doctor office especially when you have a NEW patient that has an issue such as mine. Plus they advertise that they are accepting new patients. Now I see why....

I tried to call and set an appointment and the receptionist hung up on me, while I was in the middle of explaining why I needed to be seen. I called again, thinking we just got disconnected and she was extremely rude and short with me and hung up on me again. Not exactly promising.

Couldn't ask for a greater group of practionors to associate with. Friendly staff with all of which have great sense of humor makes this place a relaxing and enjoyable place for your medical needs.

I have been going to this office since Jan 2011. The staff has proven to be quite "flaky" and sometime rude. The only thing they are really good at is billing. Dr. Flanders dropped down to one day a week and so my daughter was seen by Dr. Oliver. (They were transferring all Flanders patients to two other doctors in the office). We made the appointment for a rash on my daughters leg and a planters wart on her foot. He prescribed ointment for the leg and told us we had to make another appointment to freeze the wart because they can only bill for one thing at a time. I am totally baffled by this concept and find it to be ridiculous. Without Dr. Flanders I don't see any reason to stay in this office. Looks like I will be shelling out another $35 apiece for information to be transferred to another office and on the prowl for a doctor that meets our needs.

I've been a patient for almost 20 years and have always received excellent care. Referrals to specialists have also resulted in wonderful care. A Great Doctor with Great staff!

He does the testing required, but does not look over the tests thoroughly. Didn't look at my mother's thyroid results or notice that she had been losing blood somewhere in her body.
