I love Dr. Rivera and all her staff. They are very caring & lovely when I call just to ask questions of the physician assistants and Dr. Rivera will even call me after hours to check on me or answer any questions I email her through the Beaumont portal! This is a wonderful medical practice.

Very poor communication, and follow up procedures. I have been taking blood pressure medication for 10 years, with physicals every year which insurance pays for. This practice without telling me up front, wants me to come in every 3 months for blood work. Insurance might pay for this, but I will have to pay copay for office visit each time. Plus the inconvenience and money lost for missing work. I personally feel like they are trying to take advantage to make extra money. Think this is one reason insurance is so out of control!!! Doctor also changed my prescription without telling me, you know the problems that may cause. Needless to say I am changing doctors immediately.Jeffrey Houle

I like that she is friendly, but direct and to the point. She is happy to answer questions, listens well, and makes good dignoses. Her office staff are kind and professional. The only downside is that it can be hard to get in to see her. However if you are coming in for an actual ailment and not a routine checkup, she is usually better about getting you in faster.

Is a fine doctor if you don't ever want to speak to her by phone. Not allowed to speak to the doctor you must prepay your co-pay before entering to see the doctor and her staff is extremely unprofessional and rude

I have been with Dr. Rivera for over 10 years and she has a great bedside manner, has no problem with referring you to a specialist if needed. She listens and answers all my questions. I'm very please with her. The office staff is very warm and professional.
