Shannon Snider is is one of the best! And the nurse that drew blood from me at the Pellston clinic was a credit to the profession. Usually have trouble with blood draws, blown veins, finding one that actually gives blood. No one wants to get stuck numerous times but she was great. One time, fairly painless and no large bruises. I also appreciate the Pellston clinic it's closer to home.

Made an appointments for my kids to establish care and to get a referal to a pulmonologist. Called 15 minutes later saying they cant see my kids. Alcona health centers are stupid and ought to be out of buisness. Ill take my kids somewhere else.

We has been looking for a new doctor for my kids. My youngest had his first appointment with Dr. Gabe who came highly recommended. She was great with him. Very happy with the experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind.

I've called 6 times to get the results of my mri I had done 2 months ago. Nobody returns my phone calls. I've been transferred to the cheboygan office and the harbor springs office all to get sent to a voicemail again. Definitely will not be returning. Chauvin has been my doctor for 5 years and I have been nothing but disappointed with the service I have received

I can never call pellston office direct it takes me to the cheboygan office.i need dr chauvin to fix my medicine I will be out by morning insurance wont renew it till 6 days I insurance said prescription is for 2 times a day but I'm suppose to take it 3 times a day dr needs to call insurance company.i cant go 4 days without insulin it's the today now still haven't been as ble to get hold of pellston office iam out of medice I need chavin to override insurance company request and get them to cover my medicine .I'm totally out .or I need doc to tell me if I'm going to have any side effects for not having my medicine

The PA I saw, Gabe was awesome. Took time to hear me out. knew exactly what I needed and went out of her way to help me. I think I have found a provider I will now see on a full time basis. Great visit. and the Nurse was awesome also.
