Never go to this place. I registered here two years ago when medical cards were hard to find and paid $200 at the time now that wasn’t bad then especially for doing it the first time. I officially reached the renewal period and found out on top of the $40 fee the state has there’s $150+ 5% fee for you to sit down on zoom with this joke of a doctor and have him “approve” you. Mind you he has never contacted me been involved in my care or even care knows me as a patient in the past two years. I haven’t even received an email or any communication from the clinic after I got my card. I did everything on my end and called them after I renewed it so they’d check their email as it said I needed to do that. The renewal process is actually easy with them just needing to approve you through email. They called back angrily that I had done it online and I had put them on a timeline to get it done. Then they included I was required to make a zoom appointment. It’s a joke they expect me to pay $150 for less than an hour of this Doctors time on Zoom! Little did I know regular Doctors that aren’t in the Munson Network (aka locally owned) can approve you and be covered by insurance. I’m going to a different doctor just on the premise that this is so piss poor. I’m not paying $150+ for this guy to sit in his living room on a computer playing doctor when I can see an actual doctor that’s covered by my insurance.

I am absolutely satisfied with Alternative Solutions Plus. So convenient, so easy, so helpful. This is what patients actually need, care and convenience. I was able to speak with my doctor on the weekend via Skype. I have to work so much, through this pain, and I was happy to renew my card with the doctor in the convenience of my own home on my own time. I highly recommend keeping your card up to date. This place is awesome, by far the best in the greater Grand Travers area! We will definitely be back, thank you Krista and Roman for being so helpful and knowledgeable! I never remember names but these two stuck with me and that is the true sign of an awesome experience.

I paid them 157.50 for my med card Oct 1 2020 its dec 16 2020 and I haven't been refunded I ended up finding it cheaper on nextdaycard.com for 125 and I got my card the NEXT DAY (in my email until shipped and received) livid with this company I messaged them 4 times and the last 2 times they haven't responded 😡
