I am always impressed with Pickford Medical Clinic. The office staff are friendly and professional. The nurses are thorough and kind. Catherine Lehigh NP is always professional and compassionate. She shows a genuine interest in my personal welfare. I appreciate how she takes the time to listen to my concerns and her responses are explained in a way I can understand. I do not feel rushed and when I leave I feel confident that I received excellent and confidential medical care.Thank you.

The care that my family receives from this entire facility is outstanding!! Front desk staff is always friendly and polite. The nursing staff is absolutely amazing!! The physicians are personal, thorough and make sure you feel like you are heard and understood. I have the utmost respect and pride for my Pickford Medical Center!!

AHC Pickford is outstanding for primary care. The staff truly care about the patient experience, and full body wellness... From first contact at the door, to checkout as you leave!

Dr.Zachariah DeYoung is profoundly arrogant and poorly educated. If you're looking for a skilled physician and a bit of compassion you wont find it here. The clinic is a chain based in Alpena, MI with a vast number of locations throughout the state. They pride themselves for "taking care of patients regardless of their ability to pay." However, they don't mention that they charge more per office call than any physician I have ever seen! They primarily refill medications for thirty days and force you to come back in each time you need a refill. At $50 to $75 per office call (after insurance) is more than I can afford. I do not take any controlled substances, I could understand returning every thirty days for a refill if I was taking such medications, but since my medications are mainstream I must assume this is a money making scheme.
