She is very thorough and caring.

Dr. Hubert is great! She is very caring and takes time to listen and to thoroughly assess what is going on with each patient. I left with a clear diagnosis and treatment instructions. I also had a second longer-standing issue with my shoulder on the same arm (but seemingly unrelated) and she happily took care of next steps to help me advance further towards a diagnosis and treatment.

I was totally impressed that humans ,not machines answered the phone. When you are sick you don’t need to be put on hold forever. I know I will directedj to the proper person in a timely manner Dr Hubert takes the time to explain the what’, wheres, and whys.

I've always had a hard time reaching out to previous Drs. but here, it is more comfortable and free of judgment. I know my PCP will listen and suggest the best care for me. Although some of the front staff aren't always the most cheerful, they do get things done.

Dr. Hubert is kind and caring. She takes time to listen to patients and to do a thorough assessment. I left with a clear diagnosis for my arm pain and treatment instructions. She even took time to listen to a second (unrelated) issue I was having with my shoulder on the same arm to help me advance next steps in my care and treatment.

Dr Herbert has been our family doctor for over 20 years. We moved to Gaylord for 5 years I was really disappointed in the care we received. I’m 69 years old she is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

Very mediocre care.  The front office staff is awesome!!!!  If they could import some of their patient care behavior to the rest of the office, this place could be much better.  I moved to another state and called the office 3 days after moving, (she was my PCP) and she REFUSED to give a referral to another doctor (crucial ongoing care) in my new area because I was no longer her patient.  I've gone to that doctor's office for ten years!! After three days I was no longer her patient, apparently she didn't want to be bothered!!  She has all my records, other referrals, and money.  Just put off by the back office lack of 'customer service' or care for their patients. Just drive to Howell or Brighton for care that is just that....care.  You deserve it.

This office staff is rude and grouchy. Its so hard to get a script to see another dr of any specialty. The receptionist tried to be little me for asking for a script to see a dermatologist. Asking me if i talked to Dr hubert and asked her first. I don't have to beg my dr for a trip to the derm, to get a skin cancer screening! Its my right and my insurance pays for it. STOP the insurance money grapp!! Your clinic is not a dermatologist office. I have been to this clinic over the past few years and the care is poor at best. I now have the best primary care DR., in bloomfield hills, they listen and are ok with sending me to other dr,s for testing!!!

This doctor misdiagnosis a shoulder problem. She refused to give me a referral to a specialist. I finally got her to get a x-ray which showed a bone spur that she did not tell me about and she sent me to physical therapy which made it worse. I finally got a new Dr. who sent me to a specialist . I now have to have surgery to remove 3 bone spurs and repair a massive tear in the rotator tendon. 2 small tendons are completely severed can't be repaired. I feel she should not be practicing medicine.

This clinic is the worst i have ever been to. The office staff is grouchy always!! They act as if its so hard for them to do anything. The Drs don't take the time to listen, my advise to anyone, this is a last minute if you cant get in with your good primary. I have switched to a primary dr at his own private practice and now feel like a human again!!
