I will say the doctor herself was amazing and I was very taken care of. Amanda who works the front desk however is very rude. I called and explained my situation to Amanda and was immediately met with an attitude. No reason to be rude to someone explaining to you what is going on. How are you supposed to know how to help if I don’t tell you the issue. Amanda should not be in health care if the most minor thing is going to cause her to have an attitude. Keep in mind the issue was improper billing. I paid in cash but now it is not payed. Very sketchy to me as others also have been improperly billed from this place.
Improper billing from this location has pulled garnishments from my paycheck. Do not go here. Not only are the staff absolutely untrained in medical billing, practice, etc. The establishment does not take proper care of patients and their needs. It is merely a cash grab with a bunch of extra fees. Medical staff will not let you know what tests and the cost of them before recommending and giving. Medical malpractice at best. Take your kids elsewhere unfortunately.
Super quick service! Was in and out within 20ish minutes. It’s the only UC my family goes to. 👍🏻
They got me in right away and Sydney was great!
Everyone here has been very kind and good at their jobs. They've helped me out a number of times with different issues and I have no complaints. Anytime I have something I need to be seen quickly for, I prefer to come here.
Clean Environment. Friendly Staff. They Took Good Care Of Me!
Great care and service! Highly recommended! Thank you!
Lack of communication from front desk. Upon arrival I stood waiting at counter while the man was on phone. After he finished call I said hello and why I was there. He seemed perturbed I was bothering him. Waited over an hour with child. One other patient entered after. Very slowly saw 2 other patients leave during the hour I waited. Finally our turn, nope the other lady was called back. I looked at receptionist and he gave me a strange look back. I walked to desk and asked him how much longer and was told maybe another 10-15 minutes, no other explanation. Based on the fact it took over an hour for 2 patients (whom were already in rooms when we arrived) to be treated we left. Customer service and treating waiting patients fairly is important.
UPDATE: They have more than made up for past differences. And the woman I had an altercation with has been nothing but nice since then. Thankyou for treating me with kindness.
My elderly mother, who had torn open the skin of her forearm in a fall, received excellent care from the PA, Lauren. Although the initial irrigation of the wound was extremely painful (couldn't be helped), Lauren expertly managed to close the wound using the existing, paper-thin skin without further trauma to my mother. Her manner was gentle and compassionate. Checking the wound the next day, Mom's primary care physician was impressed by Lauren's obvious skill. We were very lucky to have had such a competent PA attending to Mom.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
