We've been here before and never had a problem until this past week. My visit was an absolute sh!tshow. I will say the PA and receptionist were fine, it was the young woman who was the assistant that was horrible. She actually made me cry. I have never been treated by a medical professional like this before, she acted like a total spoiled brat. It was actually bizarre. She slammed into the room to take my vitals, and did it in about 3 minutes. I had breathing issues and needed an EKG. She slammed the table down so I could lie flat, then since I couldn't breathe laying flat I asked for a pillow. She told me that no, they don't have pillows and made me feel bad for even asking for one. She couldn't figure out the EKG machine and after ten minutes of laying flat and not being able to breathe I asked if there was someone who could help? She slammed out of the room and made the PA do it, which she did on the first try. I came out and that girl was sitting in a chair facing the wall with her arms crossed, like a spoiled kid. It was CRAZY. They have old equipment and no X-ray services, either so I had to take an actual prescription to go find my own place to do a chest X-ray. Never again.

I once again received helpful and timely care at this clinic. This addressed an immediate issue and allowed me to complete planned business travel. The entire staff was terrific.

I had never been to Plymouth Urgent Care before so I didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be a great experience. Everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to Anna, the PA was great. Anna took a lot of time with me. She was warm, friendly and thorough. She asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine. I feel I'm finally on the way to finding a solution for my long running respiratory problem.

The provide was very thorough, took time to speak with me about my concerns and created a care plan. She took her time unlike the limited time a primary care provider has. It's unfortunate the clinic does not have more diagnostic capabilities on site.
