It's 2026, get a payment website, I shouldn't have to wait an eternity on the phone trying to pay a bill and never get through to anyone.

Leaving a poor services review because I cannot get any information from this clinic. Visited 07/10/2026 and completed their test kit. Today it's 07/17/2026, and I have received zero results. First the kit was going to Canton, then Troy, now they say it's in Taylor. First it was 2 days to results, then 4, now 6. It's been 7 days still nothing.

Amazing experience fast service friendly Staff ! The office manager Jennifer who also did my ekg was the best , her bedside manner especially when your experiencing health issues was calming and reassuring! And her new front desk soon to be medical assistant was so sweet and kind and personable! Thank you ladies !! Highly recommend this urgent care

I came in to get treatment and testing for the diarrhea virus. Not a great time for me personally but the staff here was very quick and got me in and out within the hour. I'm slightly mortified by how hot the doctor is and having to explain my current symptoms. . . Once again not ideal for me but this urgent care is great. I would come back.

The people here have always been good to me. The issue I have is with their billing. They offer no way to pay online so you have to call and hope someone answers to take your payment or mail your credit card info or a check. They say they have billing reps available until 4:30 but I called at 4pm a couple times and got no answer.

“We had a very good experience at this location. I recommend this place 100% — by far the best. We had never been to urgent care before, but this was an excellent experience. The doctor and the front desk staff were outstanding. We brought our child in close to closing time, and they still treated our child with great care. We are very thankful to the doctor.”

My Family doctor isn’t close, so this has become my go to place for our quick medical needs. We have been a few times now and every time they are so professional and kind. I would highly recommend them!
