I am pregnant and had my first visit and meet with Dr. Austin. I had fingers crossed I would feel she was a good fit for a doctor to continue to see and she absolutely without a doubt was. She was so kind, comfortable and very informative. I was told when I was first referred to her I would be in good hands and I can see why everyone loves her.

One of the worst doctor visits I've ever had. I can't say she did a poor physical exam, as there wasn't one at all- she never touched me aside from a handshake. Ignored my medical history and medication list, did not address my primary concerns at all. Ran an hour late, and didn't address much of anything. I've had resident doctors with better bedside manner and completeness of the exam and history. Explained next to nothing, didn't refill meds I needed (BP meds) and deferred to others.

Excellent bedside manner! She actually cares for her patients and it shows. She moved from Providence Hospital and I followed her to her new office and am willing to travel to see her. She doesn't make you feel like you're a textbook case. You're a person and she takes her time with each of her patients.

My kids and I have been going ty of Dr. Austin for a few years, before she moved ty of Pontiac. She is an AMAZING Dr. She actually takes the time to get to know her patients as actual people. She truly has your best interest at heart. Even though she is relocated a lot further than I would like, I am willing to follow.
