The drs are amazing, and the staff is just lovely! They took wonderful care of me while I was being treated there. The only negative, is that you cannot DIRECTLY call for an appointment. You have to "leave a message" and wait for them to get back to you, but that can take as long as a couple of weeks. At least it did for ME. My very first appointment though, was made by my referring dr, so I got in right away, and I always made my appointments before I left the office, so there was no issue. When I started to have trouble again, about a year later, I kept trying to reach their office, but it took 3 calls, 3 messages, and 2 weeks before someone called me back. I ended up having to go somewhere else. Very sad, because they are the best, if you don't mind waiting. It's really difficult though if you are trying to let them know that you are running late, or lost, because no one answers the phones.

This place is terrible and they have bedbugs. I was bitten by them and when I attempted to bring it to the attention of the receptionist she became accusatory towards me which in turn I lost it. Long story short the receptionist at the front window with the blonde colored hair is racist and to hell with this establishment and everything inside of it. They will never ever get a dime of my medical insurance money now that I can promise.
