Samer Bahu's Online Review Report Card

Took almost a month to get in . Received hearing test and diagnosis and received some temporary aids. I turned them in and had some questions and asked for a return call as a courtesy before ordering I was given no final cost or how payment(s) needed to be made. No return call ever came so I had to make another call to try to call and talk to someone. Messages were taken but still no call this happened again. They have no regard for a patients need . I do not recommend this office if you actually need help

I’ve had to reschedule office visits after an hour long wait TWICE. Today He was QUADRUPLE booked - I confirmed this with the receptionist and she added they do that regularly. He is very nice but does not listen or consider the environment. I was told my kid could go to daycare after surgery, it was just a 5 minute procedure. So I initially scheduled it on a day I HAD to go in to work. My daycare said they absolutely would not take someone who’d been under , regardless of how long. So I had to reschedule the surgery. Phoning dr bahu on something else he asked why I’d delayed the surgery, and I told him why and then he starts talking about supplemental insurance and stuff and I realize he hadn’t actually listened to why, he just assumed I delayed the surgery bc I couldn’t afford it . Post surgery info was given in the same room as my screaming child , and when I called with q later the office was snippy and said “his notes say he already told you this after surgery”

Had a 3:00 appt for eval and TC. Of ear pain and hearing loss. Arrived waiting room was full and people had been waiting for hours. Was told I’d be called right in by receptionist. Seemed unlikely but decided to give the benefit of the doubt. At no time did anyone attempt to explain the wait or to deal with it in some reasonable way. After 45 minutes I told receptionist I would try to help their back up by leaving. I will find another doctor to evaluate my ears. As a dentist for 46 years I know things can come up but this is too poor customer service to be allowed to continue. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

Worst office staff I have ever experienced 😑 Called office made an appointment for Wednesday May 11th the office called me and rescheduled for Tuesday May 10th. Because the Dr. Had emergency surgery on Wednesday When I arrived they looked at me like they had no idea why I was there then proceeded to tell me my appointment was with the Nurse practitioner. She did ask if I'd like to reschedule. No apology nothing thanks for wasting my time.

45 mins so far in waiting room. No sign of the doctor. Three other people have the same appt time as me with Dr. Bahu.

Three people in the waiting room had 3pm spots with Dr. Bahu. Be prepared for overbooked times, long waiting room wait times, etc. Girls at front have one mission - COLLECT MONEY!!

My husband was very impressed and pleased with the dr and staff.

My experience with the Dr.was very helpful at a time when I was very worried about the outcome. He made me feel very happy and less worried when I left. He took time with me. And I really appreciated that. Thank you Dr. For taking the time to help me. God Bless!

Dr. Bahu is a highly skilled Plastic and Reconstructive ENT. I have had the pleasure of working with him in the Operating Room. I am also a patient with 3 excellent prior reconstructions and have another scheduled soon. I wouldn't choose anyone else!
