Patient wait to long what the point in make appointment if we sit there 2 hr before we even see a doctor i think i might need to switch places also getting the help and the medicine u need is hard too

The office staff here define Michigan health care. They could care less. I love Dr. Clark, but the front of house needs a cleanout. Dispassionate and behave as though patients are an inconvenience rather than the source of their paycheck. Time to shop for a new doc. Sorry Aaron, I’ve had enough!

Great doctor when I need referrals or prescriptions I either get them that day or the next day, everyone seems nice and attentive

Dr Clark botched my late brother Wayne's surgery. He put in a urostomy bag what a complete mess he made my brother Wayne suffer he should have recovered from his surgery. His surgery was August 30th 2021. Well the good Dr accidently cut my brother while he was putting in his urostomy bag. My brother suffered for 4 months because of his mistake. He was very sick in and out of the hospital as a result. Sadly my brother Wayne passed away on November 22, 2021. The poison was leaking from his urostomy bag inside him and it was slowly killing my brother. The result was my baby brother Wayne passed away from the poison of the contents of his bladder leaking in his stomach Sadly he was too weak from all his cancer treatments to withstand another surgery so he suffered greatly from the Dr's screw up that killed my dear brother Wayne 😢

This is probably the worse doctor office I have been to in my life from the office staff to the doctor care, ever since jojean left I do not feel like I am being cared for at all by any doctor there including dr Clark especially. The office staff are not any more pleasant either. I had to wait 2 hours in the doctors room after asking for a specific test and then was tried to make me feel doubtful about it. I was not being considered for at all while there. 2 hours for a quick test is ridiculous for one. They just left me waiting because they did not want to do what I was asking for because I knew I needed it. When the results came back that I needed treatment like I thought they tried to make me come in to get the prescription, not send out my prescription right away to not delay treatment, they did not care. I had to call 4 times and get assertive to get my treatment, it took them 5 hours to call in my prescription as well. But this is not the only problem I have had with them it was just the last straw. They are not very attentive there or have much concern for concerns or health here. Do not recommend them at all if you have any other options I would explore them before dealing with this headache of a place and not get the correct care you are looking for.

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Clark was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. He truly cared about my health and gave me peace of mind about the level of care I was getting.

Please change tv channel. It's raising blood pressures.

HORRIBLE! My mother was vaccinated and they wouldn’t see her without a covid test... she died of a heart attack. Would take her money for telemedicine though...if you want to actually see a doctor I would choose another office

This is the most incompetent Dr office I have ever dealt with. It’s too bad because back when Sandy was in the office it ran like a well oiled machine. Since she left many many years ago…. It’s been nothing but torture getting and keeping appointments. Once an appointment is made they will call and cancel it because the Dr. won’t be working that day or week. They change the rules more than the Government on how they will process your prescriptions. When you need a Dr to call you….. it just doesn’t happen. I could go on and on and on….. but…. Please do yourself a favor and find a different Dr. You can thank me later!

Does not seem to have patients best interest at heart. If he ends up being your urologist do not let him pressure you into postponing treatment. As I have now found out after postponing for the time he suggested he has buggered off on vacation. If you get him you 100% need to be your own advocate as he doesn’t have your best interest as his top care.
