I end up waiting for hours at every appointment. Whenever I leave messages with the nurse station they either ignore it and never call me back, say they're going to sign a form that HAS been sent but don't, or give me the wrong refills for my prescriptions.

This dr needs to retire. The office and staff are a joke. They always double booking. Example your there for med refills and your there for 4 hours.

Great nurses and staff, they are thorough and compassionate. The waiting can get a little long but it’s worth the wait for someone who has bad anxiety about doctors.

If you see Betty or Autumn your seen, treated and out of the office in about an hour sometimes hour and a half. Ruthavin has a lot of people he sees and his times get kinda pushed back and your there for a bit. I honestly love this office. Betty has been with me through my journey of being diagnosed with Ms, she makes sure she takes my blood often to check all my levels especially now that I’m on medicine that could highly effect my liver. She spends time with me and talks me though everything. I absolutely love her as my primary health doctor and I truly believe she has my best interest at heart. They don’t really treat me like a number, but a valued patent

By far this is the worst office in port Huron super slow and while the staff is nice over all to get any real help is impossible! They don’t return calls I have been waiting almost a month for these guys to straighten out my prescription issues ! Mean while I get to suffer from migraines ! Changed doctors I had enough !
