Dr. Boutt is a caring and compassionate surgeon. He advocates for his patients and works to get to the bottom of any issues they may have. He has been fighting by my side during a health issue that no one has been able to figure out. He believes in his patients and has amazing bedside manners. He takes as much time as you need during your appointment. The office staff is amazing as well.

Dr Boutt is really friendly caring Dr.When I met him and his very nice nurses I knew I was in very good hands.

I have been seeing Dr. Boutt for a little over 11 years. He did my lap band surgery and I am so happy with his bed side manner and how he treated me was more like a friend than a Dr. I never had an issue with discussing anything with him as he made me feel so comfortable at every single visit. After not seeing him for 5 years, I went back because I was having some issues. I can say he has not changed one bit. He still has a great attitude, takes his time with you and answers all your questions. I have given his name to some friends who were contemplating bariatric surgery as I have that much confidence in him. He is the best!!!!!!

The absolute best Doctor in Port Huron!!!!

We got a call from a collection agency today. Dr Boutt turned me over to a collection agency without calling first to settle the bill or ask why it had not been paid. If they would have called, Dr Boutt would have found out they were using the incorrect address for communications. I have not lived at that address for 4 years and being that I had one and only one visit with Dr Boutt last year (2019), that address would not have been on my intake information form. Instead of calling me with as a courtesy, we will now have a permanent hit to our credit score from an inept staff. At the discharge of the appointment, I had offered to pay my co-pay but was told they would bill me. This is truly a staff who does not know how to do their job properly. Their answer is to just throw anyone to the pits. We had no idea we owed money and have paid ALL bills on time.

My son is non verbal autistic, Dr Boutt and staff were very caring and patience with him throughout his appointment and testing. Thank you!

Dr. Boutt recently performed surgery on a hospitalized family member. We found him to be very thorough, answered all our questions and took time out of his busy schedule to fit this surgery in. The patient is doing great and we are so thankful we got such an awesome doctor!

This was a while ago, maybe 7 or 8 years but my 12 year old son had an acute appendicitis. We were admitted late to port Huron hospital as a result of my ex not wanting to use a different hospital we had already been admitted to so we arrived a PH probably around 10 or 11 PM. Originally we were told the surgery would be scheduled for the next morning. Dr Boutt was advised of the situation and made the call to came in from home right then and do the surgery. We saw him about midnight and everything was done and wrapped up just a little after 1am. He was very compassionate and had a great bedside manner. He made my son and myself feel at ease and answered any questions we had. His confident but not cocky demeanor reassured us our son was in good hands. Follow up visits in his office were on time and he spent sufficient time with us that we didnt feel rushed out of the office. Just seemed like a good guy.
