Love her!

I waited in a room for almost 2 hours to be seen. I was not able to wait any longer. After I left, I called the office and let them know that I was no longer able to wait so they scheduled me another appointment. After the appointment was already scheduled, the office informed me that they could not keep the appointment that they scheduled me for and also I would need to find another rheumatologist. Very unprofessional and unorganized the fact that they could not even come into the room and let me know that it was going to take an excessive amount of time says a lot about the practice. No wonder they have a 2.3 rating

I accompanied my mother to her 2:30 appt with Dr Khalil. When the doc finally came into the room at 4:32pm, she was incredibly rude, arrogant, and disrespectful to my mother. Dr. Khalil would ask questions and then cut my mother off as she attempted to answer. At one point, my mother was trying to brief her on a recent unexplained heart issue and how it tied into this appointment. Dr Khalil cut her off after ten seconds by saying (and I quote), “I’m going to cut you off right there. I don’t care about your cardiology issue. I don’t have time for that.” My mother, who recently suffered a heart event that required emergency lifesaving measures, became so frustrated with the repeatedly poor treatment that was unable to form her thoughts and was near tears. She left the office feeling depressed and deflated; I left feeling furious over the unprofessionalism of this doctor. Dr. Khalil could benefit greatly from a review of the Hippocratic Oath, especially the parts about self-humility and treating patients with warmth, sympathy, and understanding.

My blood work came back positive for an autoimmune disease but she says I don’t have it, so I asked a simple question as to why I don’t have it when it says positive. she then tells me “I don’t have time for this, I’m in a rush”. She is rude, ignores anything you say and talks over you.

I don’t usually post public reviews but after reading reviews of Dr Khalil I felt I needed to post. I have been a patient of Dr Khalil for well over a decade and I LOVE her! She was the 3rd rheumatologist I had been to and she worked hard to control my pain & RA. She didn’t just throw pain pills at me like other Drs. She & I have had a long road together of trying different medications and she never quit trying. I will say if you’re looking for a Dr to coddle you and baby you look elsewhere but if you’re looking for excellent rheumatologist that will do everything she can then that is Dr Khalil. I don’t need a Dr to hold my hand, I need a Dr that is going to be honest and give me the facts and a way forward and that has been Dr Khalil. Thank you Dr Khalil for ALL you’ve done for me over the years!

I'm very pleased with Dr Khalil and all her staff. Everyone is polite and helpful. Dr. Khalil has helped with my arthritis pain. I'm very happy with her care.

Love her & her assistant. Explained things carefully so I would understand. My daughter is now a patient there as well.

I thought I had taken all the necessary action for my medicine to be renewed for a company that was supplying me. I asked office (in Michigan) is there anything that I am missing before I go to Florida. They thought everything looked fine. But I noticed I wasn’t getting any notice on my medicine that was supposed to be coming, They said the doctor hadn’t filled out her portion. I called and asked her about it and she replied; She hasn’t seen me for one more visit so she could not do it. Note I’m in Florida now and she’s in Michigan. She said; go get a new doctor, I’m sure they’ll do it for you. Note, I have been going there for a long time.

Only go if you have carpal tunnel. That's all she knows. Waste of money and time. Find a doctor that has a wide range of skillsets.

I'd give her zero stars if I could. Absolutely no help. Rude, in and out of my room. I'll never go back.
