Very nice people, but just a head's up... hard to get a hold of, hard to get in with. Dr is gone a lot, got answering service 1/2 hour after they opened...

Canceled my appointments way too many times. Don't call back when promised. Never open. Just a useless office in general. Dr goes on vacation for months at a time.

Worst experience ever. Had this doctor since moved up to port huron. Called receptionist to ask about a new sleep study, her response was I only schedule appt,it's not our job to verify insurance,apparently it's mine she said. What a joke. Next I called back a few weeks later and the told other receptionist of my issues with the machine and breathing, she replied we can get you in about 4 weeks from now. Problem solved I called a different doctor and got in today from a cancelation. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ,WITH THEM.....

Have had nothing but good experiences with this Doctor & office. Was given the home test, met with the doctor a week later to discuss results, a C-PAP was prescribed and the medical supply store was notified immediately by the office. Follow up visits have also proven to be satisfactory. Dr. Ali has been knowledgeable and open to my questions & concerns.

They're closed most days. They don't follow up on appointments. Appointments often start very late even when they aren't overly busy. They fight to give you your medical info over the phone. You have to handle everything yourself, as they won't be much help. At best, this office is adequate. At worst, service is pretty poor.

Saw Dr Ali in early Oct. for a sleep test assessment through the VA. I asked if they could do the take home test. They said they would check with the VA. They never called me back with an answer but called schedule a test. I asked about the take home and they knew nothing about it. Didn’t even check Now in late Nov I called back and asked to get the test before the holidays as we were leaving for Florida in Jan and I needed it done. I was finally scheduled just before Christmas. I asked the technician to make a note to please rush my results because he said I may need another test with pressure. After a few days I called the office and asked for results. I was told it may take 3 weeks. Really? Right now it is near the end of January, I’m in Florida now, and I have not heard a thing from Dr Ali’s office. Very incompetent people for sure.

First appointment here. Never even got call back. My appointment was at 1 and we left at 2 and still was never even called back! Talk to the secretary and she told me i could be waiting even longer!

Dr. Ali is very personable, easy to talk to, and will answer your questions in detail.

Dr Ali was my pulmonologist when I lived in michigan. I found him to have excellent bedside manner and was always attentive to my needs. He was a very consiosencios physician and always met my needs. His staff and nurses are great as well. Martha Jasin

very good doctor, listens to his patients. very concerned and respectful, very little wait time and clean office, all staff always friendly. I have been there several times.
