I found all the appointment times and promises of when you would be seen and what would happen were superb. All visits happened on a reasonable waiting time frame . Questions were answered and I felt that I was being listened too . Wonderful experience under the circumstances.

Dr. Braaksma is the best - from his medical knowledge to his bedside manner. He is a brilliant surgeon who truly cares about his patients, not only before and during surgery but, just as importantly, after. The best. Period.

Dr Braaksma was very kind and professional. As he was checking to see if I actually had hip issues he checked via ball and socket and he was thorough in explaining what he was doing and what is going on. I am still recovering back surgery and he said my symptoms are related to my back, possibly I may have some arthritis and bursitis.

Dr. Braaksma is the best he nice kind and it's like we've known each other for years love the visits with him and couldn't ask for a better Dr to fix my foot I broke in 3 places my foot is healed and I'm very satisfied with everyone at OA.

Dr. Braaksma and the entire staff at OA are wonderful! After having a fall and hurting my knee, I was able to be fit in the schedule promptly. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Will was kind, thorough and explained in depth and in layman’s terms what was wrong with knee and the treatment plan. A+ across the board.
