Unbelievably fast service, very smooth process. Took less than 5 minutes for blood to be taken, including insurance verification and I didn’t have an appointment. Very well run operation here, couldn’t have been more pleased.

Brooke G handling intake/ registration was extremely kind and patient while I confirmed a test I really would have rather not been there for. Her warmth and gentleness was greatly appreciated and has a special place in my heart. In general a great facility I will continue to use.

Was in an out in 5 minutes for a blood draw. Fastest lab work I've ever had done. Just make an appointment first.

I understand they were busy but the shouldn't treat the patients as inconveniences. If mistakes were made they should at least apologize for them.

Went in for blood work this morning. It wasn't busy, had to call to get in and got in right away. The ladies were exceptionally kind! I'm always nervous getting my blood drawn, I wish I remembered her name but the lady was kind and made me laugh I almost forget I was even getting blood drawn!

My doctor recommended I come here for some lab work and its close to my house so I came. I hate needles and wanted all my lab work done at one time and expressed that to both the receptionist and nurse. They pulled my blood and I though that was the end of it, the following day I got a call saying I needed to come back because they forgot something. This didn't happen once but twice back in July. I came in 3 times that week for something that should have been handled the first time. Fast forward to today and the same thing happened. I am currently here for the second day in a row waiting for a blood draw they forgot yesterday. I won't be back.

Most of the employees were polite I went in to get the blood test done and the Lady in number 2 could not do it she said I'd have to come back on Thursday
