They called before my telehealth visit to tell me that I’m probably wasting my time with my appointment. Asked if I wanted to cancel and I told them no. The Dr. was 15 minutes late to my visit and acted annoyed. Screw this place. :)

After moving out of Kzoo, I now have a 45 minute drive -each way- just to continue to see my Dr at this office, even though I have several Bronson Partner & other Dr's offices near me. That's how great he & the rest of the staff are (that I've interacted with at this location)!

I’ve always had great healthcare experiences at this location - front desk is always helpful and polite, healthcare providers are calming and knowledgeable and have always been able to help with me my health concerns, phlebotomists are wonderfully distracting when I have my blood drawn. It is so nice to have a Bronson location with such great providers and a lab on this side of Portage.

Absolutely amazing care. Entire staff is pleasant, professional, and caring, sincerely. My blood work was so precise(while fast) I almost didn't bleed. Top notch care, from Bronson, as usual, and while I'm poor, I've become used to. Phenomenal care 🤝🧡

Convenient location and I love KT Chappelle. However, I agree with the latest review, the front desk, the face of the business, the ones who are supposed to CARE and HELP, DO NOT! It is sad, they pass the phone around to diff. team members, someone get a grip and handle business, this is in fact a healthcare, which means you are affecting other peoples lives, literally. A little bit of passion and compassion, goes a long way!!
