List of Cynthia Rubert's Reviews
She did 2 surgeries. Both of them I was pleased with. One was my shoulder. I have always been told that I have rotator cuff problems. She didn’t fix that. She did the distal clavicle excision. That went really well. I wish she would take a look at the rotator cuff because I’m in so much pain. I have been told that I should just go to the other doctor and get injections but I’m told not to do many of those. Like i said, she did great on the 2 surgeries I’ve had. Very pleased but I really wish she would take a look at my shoulder. I have pain and popping.
I can highly recommend Dr Rupert and her team. When I broke my ankle I was having a hard time finding an orthopedic surgeon as no one was returning my calls. On the recommendation of a friend I called Dr Rupert. Within an an hour I got a call back and was able to send them my xrays. Hlf hour, 45 minutes later got another call that they were working on getting things going. About an hour later I got a call asking if I could go to the hospital for more xrays. By the time I left the hospital they had all my blood work, EKG, xrays, etc done for my surgery scheduled 2 days later. Day of the surgery, she came in, explained everything she was going to do with drawings, making sure I understood everything. Since then I've been happy with every follow up visit and my care other than one minor thing that was a small mistake made by a new employee which has since been corrected by that person has been great. I am very happy with my care. Like I said at the beginning I highly recommend Dr Rupert.
Very bad service ive been waiting over a 2 month period for an appointment and now get a call wanting to reschedule me another month away absolutely ridiculous and uncaring im no less important than any other patients and need care like anyone else... pathetic and unprofessional no way it should be over three months for a consultation... no one should use this doctor at all so her practice goes under maybe then she would respect her patients more
I was referred to this office from another nearby Orthopedic doctor because they were "on call" to apply a permanent arm cast rather than the temporary one the ER had applied. Their receptionist told me I had to call the ER where I went initially and request my records, only for that records dept to tell me that this office could have just requested it themselves. (So I'm not sure why they were trying to pawn their job off on a patient, but that's besides the point.) After several attempts to call them, I finally left a message about the situation at the records dept. After a few hours of no return call, I called again to be told that they had requested them through fax after they listened to my voicemail. Yet they failed to call and let me know that. I was told I would hear back from them soon. I waited all day. With a broken arm. 10am the following day, I call again. No answer, another voice-mail. An hour later, as I'm struggling to dress myself with a broken arm, they call and leave a rude message about how the Dr. is full up with SURGERIES today, and they still haven't acquired my records. These 2 facilities are about a 20 minute drive, but they couldn't communicate enough with each other to obtain my records, while I sit at home in agony. And, furthermore, if you are supposed to be "ON CALL", then why are you booked up with previous apps. "On call" tends to mean your time is flexible. Surgeries are something planned out in advance, I assume. I called another office and I now have an appt at 130pm. The same day this happened. They got my records in a matter of MINUTES. If I broke my arm again and this was the last facility that treated such things, I'd rather amputate it myself than rely on them getting anything done in a timely manner.
Dr. Rubert advised my then 91 year old father in the treatment of squamous cell cancer which resulted in the amputation of his left forearm. Dr. Rubert was the only member of the Munson group to do the extra research required to discover that he had an adverse reaction between the antibiotics used to treat the infection of the wound and the anesthetic used in the surgery. Dr. Rubert was instrumental in removing an invalid power of attorney that he did not want and vocally rescinded. Dr. Rubert treated the whole patient and did not judge based purely on advanced age. He returned home to live independently for almost 2 years, as a result of her diligence. Dr. Rubert displays a true respect for the sanctity of life. I would recommend her as a doctor and as a decent human being.
She did surgery on my thumb back in February for a cut tendon. A bump developed soon after and continually getting infected. I called May 17th to get in to see her and I'm just getting the run around. Now I have to find someone to will see me
Dr. Rubert listened to me when others wouldn't.. She explained thoroughly on my X-Rays and MRI where and what the issue was. Her nurses and P.A. are amazing as well. It does take a while to get in to see her but it is so worth the wait.
Dr. Rubert has performed two surgeries on me in the last 10 years. The first was orthoscopic on my left wrist in 2011 removing bone fragments from a fracture. The second was a total knee replacement January 2021. Both times Dr. Rubert was very successful in her surgical procedures with excellent results. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise in this area is highly commendable. I would strongly recommend her for any orthopedic needs you might have. She will explain exactly what she will do, and will give you the comfort level you need to give you back the quality of life you deserve.
Dr Rupert is a great doctor and I trust her knowledge. My 2 year old broke his leg and Dr Rupert has done a fantastic job with him. He’s healing great and I would recommend her to anyone for any age
Outstanding Surgeon!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
