Definitely don’t go here if you have any type of non-urgent health issues, they can’t get you in for 6 months. Very dissatisfied with the general attitudes of some of the front desk people as well.

I finally decided to leave Borgess affiliated healthcare. I am very impressed with the Bronson's staff. I feel like for the first time I actually have an accurate diagnosis. ❤️❤️ 🙌

Dr. Mary is amazing. The people that answer the phones are awful. She LAUGHED at me when I asked if they had availability for today for my sick son. Do better.

My children are new to this office. I'm not a fan of any docs as they generally act like your stupid and try to dismiss your concerns... this is NOT the case here. We have seen 3 different PEDS at this location and have loved them all!! I'm no doctor but I know MY children. Also have called on 2 different Monday mornings which is generally their busiest mornings and they have gotten my child an appt same day to be seen! Definitely recommend!!

I left something of value here by accident and while I was on my way home I got a call from the receptionist desk telling me I left something there and was able to pick it up quickly. That is Good Samaritan work right there.

Could not be happier with our experiences here. As first time parents it’s easy to feel dismissed and like your baby is just one of hundreds of patients. After switching to this office for our daughter we have never left feeling that way. The front desk and nurses are always friendly and Dr. Pelc is an amazing pediatrician. He really takes his time to make sure he isn’t missing anything, interacts with our baby (no other doctor has done that) and reassures any concerns. We always leave with great suggestions from him on how to cope with any issues our baby is experiencing. Thank you Dr. Pelc!

I rarely leave reviews, but I thought this one was worth it since it may benefit another parent. My husband and I attempted 4 times to get a hold of a person to get my sick kid in for an appt. Waited on hold for 30 min each time, got disconnected twice, and then called another office to see if they could schedule it and were told “that office never answers their phone” and they couldn’t schedule it for them. We called Borgess and got right in.
