If Dr Heeringa is knowledgeable about twins or maternal mental health, it didn’t show during my visit. I attempted to discuss mental health and I was dismissed while she stood closer to the door every second before just leaving. The office has now referred me to MFM for twins, but no one from this office (who will be performing my c-section!) has ever discussed anything about my twins, what to watch for, what I should be doing, nothing. No indication that they are equipped to manage this pregnancy for me. Very disappointed. I liked this office when I was pregnant with my singleton, but I’m not feeling cared for at all now.
