I have been a patient of Dr. Colombo's for many years. The current office staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude on the telephone. The office manager never returned my calls. It took almost 2 weeks and dozens of phone calls to have them process my prescription. I gave 1 star because I am not able to specify 0 stars. I will not be returning to this office. Look elsewhere!

Office Staff feel like they are doing you a favor. Very unprofessional and rude. Office visit seems rushed and entire practice feels like an assembly line.

Dr. Colombo has been my Doctor for years. He helped me recover from a terrible accident. He was a second opinion experiment for me. My previous Eye Doctor would keep me waiting for hours; her billing staff was a night mare. Since switching to Dr. Colombo for the last six years; no problems at all. My chronic eye condition is very well managed. Dr. Colombo is very compassionate; an essential quality no patient should take for granted.

Colombo has poor 'bed-side' manner. Blurt's things out seemingly without any care as to how a patient might feel who is concerned for their vision, eye condition, etc., so I prefer seeing Colombo's other physician on staff. Unfortunately, the doctors disappear, no longer work for him, so I'm never able to see anybody steadily. Same with the person who fits contacts. No one sticks around. Hmmm. Staff is great--the biggest reason I have stayed.

Had both of my cataracts removed and interoccular prescriptions lenses inserted. Believe me when I tell you I had NO pain what so ever. Went in at 7:00 back home at 8:30. Three post visits were required...very short, cuz he knows his stuff. !! Dr. Columbo is so friendly and effecent. He is up on all the state of the art procedures. I've recommended Dr .Colombo to all my friends a d some strangers because I want people to have the best eye care possible plus great coffee and snacks in the waiting room.....Great not to have to wear glasses anymore...yeaaa !!
