After spending nearly an hour in the waiting room, my 10 minute visit with the doctor was very disappointing. Although, I had other issues I wanted to ask him about, it was very clear that he was in a hurry and had no interest in hearing about anything but my primary concern. I will not see him again for anything.

The entire experience from the making of the appointment to the walk out the door was good, office staff knew their job and the doctor and his team did a great job. Might not have been their most difficult job as it was ear cleaning.

I had a SEVERE ear infection and he was able to see me the next day as a new patient! His staff was very kind and I did not have to wait long. Dr. Kwartowitz listened to my concerns and explained everything. I had a procedure in the office and he was very gentle and empathetic. I would definitely recommend and return if needed.

Highly recommend Dr. Gary Kwartowitz at his Rochester and Clarkston Michigan locations. Both my spouse and myself have been served by Dr, Kwartowitz for over 7 years, and continue to be please with his knowledge, skills, and medical care. The clinic is well managed, the staff excellent, and appointments always timely.

Dr. Kwartowitz is the best ENT doctor I'm aware of. He is frank and to the point and very knowledgeable. I have seen him for ear problems, and my family member saw him for throat problems. His diagnoses are accurate, and he is very fair in treatment. He has a lot of experience and knows his stuff. He spent as much time as we needed with him. Contacted us by phone to follow up on something. He is a very caring doctor.

My entire extended family has been coming to this practice for all their ENT issues throughout the years. This time was my turn. I disagree with the people that are saying he has a bad bedside manner. He just knows what he's doing and is efficient. I was in and out but only because after examination he felt everything was normal. I don't necessarily mind a fast doctor.
