I was supposed to receive laser hair removal services with Ideal Image and after changing my mind due to unprofessionalism and poor customer services I decided I no longer wanted their services. The company tried to still charge me for $3600 for services I never received. TREAD LIGHTLEY WITH THIS COMAPANY. THEY ARE SHIESTY AND MONEY HUNGRY. I had to got through hell and back to get this dispute handled.

After almost a year I still waiting for my refund for a service I did not receive. Every time I call about this issue I never have an answer they tell me to wait for the call from customer services which never comes.

I’ve been here several times for Botox treatment they are always friendly very informative about my procedures and always on time. I just has ultherapy today for the brow area. A little painful but I hope we’ll worth it. We will see in a few months Thanks Angie
