Dr Raffin is literally the sweetest, most patient, kindest, and knowledgeable doctor I know! She is simply the best, I would give her 100 stars if I could. Her, her staff and I joke around and have a great time, and Dr Raffin is super personable. I have recommended so many people to her already. Very disappointing! I have been a patient there for years and typically have to wait on telephone and waiting room for long periods of time.There is always the possibility that I don't see my Doctor for my appointment. Recently, my yearly appointment was coming due (which I scheduled a year ago) and they canceled and rescheduled for two months later? When you finally get Dr. Raffin she is wonderful but her support staff is poor. Office Manager Jessica doesn't care at all. When I brought my concerns to her, she offered to have my medical records sent to another Doctor. Obviously, they place too much concern for making money and not enough concern for patients Very disappointing!
