John E. Tower's Online Review Report Card

I've been experiencing joint pain for many years now and could never find any relief. My family doctor referred me to come see Dr. Czubatyj and I have never been happier with the amazing amount of care that him and his staff have provided me with. Every time I come in the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this office if you are looking for quality care.

Most knowledgeable arthritis physician in the Rochester Hills area. I have been to Ann Arbor where I found an equally qualified physician but she moved up north and the drive was difficult. You cannot find any one better. My daughter, a U of M Medical school graduate, finds Dr. Tower the best and so do I.

Dr. Syed is very unprofessional. I was incredibly uncomfortable while she was in the room with me. She was very short, very quick, did not seem to care if I understood what she was saying or not. Luckily I did plenty of reading before my appointment or I might have been bullied into taking very serious medication. She also ignored the thorough history I discussed with the NP beforehand and zeroed in on one single test result. There are three other doctors with this practice, but I was told once I started seeing one I could not switch. Unfortunately that means a cancelled appointment and returning to square one.

I have been a patient of Dr Tower for over 20 years. He recognized something in my blood work that ended up being cancer; he saved my life. He also was the only doctor that was able to find out what was actually wrong with me!

I was referred here by my pcp because of possible RA and I was scheduled with Dr. Rockwell. I've been to many rheumatologist in the past but She was the most sweetest and kindest doctor ever. She listened to everything I had to say, she comprehended and gave me advice on what to do and what can be done to better my health. She was very determined and persistent to figure out what was wrong with me, and I admire that because that shows that she is a good dr. The staff in front was nice, kind and funny too. And the staff who took me back were even more sweeter and nice. Overall, I would say this is by far the best office, dr's are very knowledgeable, definitely recommend this place.

The woman at reception is awful to deal with! Even though my primary care doctor referred me to Dr Tower, the woman who answered the phone when I called told me he is not taking any new patients. She said I could book with one of the other doctors in the practice, however they did not have any new patient appointments for 6 months (Dr Rockwell) or 4 months (the other doctor). I wanted something sooner, as I am in pain and trying to get answers and treatment ASAP, and I want to get mobile and driving again sooner rather than later. She was extremely unsympathetic, uncaring and unhelpful, and her attitude was basically "take it or leave it". I have no interest in dealing with someone like that and that put me off the clinic altogether. I have called my primary care doctor and suggested they STOP referring people to this office.

I personally am a patient of Dr Dana Rockwell...I am VERY happy with her. She is kind, intuitive, extremely knowledgeable & easy to talk to.

The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. This is my health we are talking about here and she doesn’t care. She wouldn’t even let me talk to someone above her. Never goin back and I hope she gets fired.

NEW TO THIS PRACTICE IS DR DANA ROCKWELL. HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE YOUNG DR WITH A PLEASANT PERSONALITY. HER DIAGNOSIS IS QUITE ACCURATE AND SHE OFFERS OPTIONS TO HER PATIENTS AS TO WHAT THEY MUTUALLY FEEL WOULD BE THE BEST CHOICE FOR TREATMENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....
