I'm a 59 year old male, had a BiLaterial Hernia surgery 2-25-2022. Surgery went very well. Minimum pain with the Robotic assist with Dr Urban.

Unempathetic during an emergency, acts like you're bothering her. So little compassion. I do not recommend.

Dr. Urban great surgeon very kind compassionate. But her front desk is very Rude and short ! Especially her checkout . Cuts you off when your talking and her attitude SUCKS !!!

Hernia surgery made the condition worse than before. Office staff is rude. Would not take my dog to see Dr. Urban...

Dr Urban performed a successful open cholecystectomy on my 88 year old mother in law. She is an excellent surgeon, answered all questions and is very attentive to and caring of her patient. Highly recommend Dr Urban.

i would not recommend this doctor for any colon surgery. I was very disappointed in her follow up care with my post op complication. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor for any colon surgery. Her office staff is a reflection of her as well, their lack of knowledge of how to direct a patient when they are in need of help with a post op complication is very sad. Do your home work before your colon surgery find a colon and rectal doctor to do your surgery not this general surgeon.

I had a cholecystectomy by Dr. Urban and I would highly recommend her as a physician and surgeon.

My Doc sent all very recent tests and recent blood work for my appointment BUT she did not look at anything to prepare to see me in her office. She came in and actually asked if anything was actually sent? I had copies but when I looked at her computer she did not open the window to see the information sent? She was not really interested in my possible issue and was dismissive to send me back to my primary care but did have me get an ultrasound script but was vague on the form as to what she was looking for (my 2 doctors already found and did not believe me). Going to another 2 Docs for another opinion. Not a fan of women Docs.

Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Urban. She brings to her profession a gift that only that God can give. Dr. Urban personifies a unique quality which goes beyond what the eye can see. A heart of compassion and a sincere desire to go over and beyond her talents as just a mere surgeon. Dr. Urban does well on surgical procedures but her after care is less than professional. I have racked up a large sum of debts from her lack of thinking outside the box. And suggesting to take out a feeding tube to someone who has a deformed stomach and is labeled inept to survive, isn't being a GOOD doctor. It's being a crappy person.
