Front desk staff is nice in person but they’re so hard to get on the phone. Dr Kresch didn’t even look up from her computer the whole time for my appointment. Couldn’t even give me any suggestions to help my symptoms besides an MRI and was dismissive of a lot of the things I brought to her attention. Left there feeling unheard and hopeless. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a hands-on doctor who will genuinely care about your overall health
I absolutely love Dr Young. She's an excellent.Dr and because of that she's extremely busy. Not only does she work her tail off in the office but she also has duties at the hospital. Mad respect for her. I've never had a prob w/office staff and have been a pt for yrs.
Worst place ever they misread testing prescribe medication you're allergic to
do not go here or you'll get a stroke from stress of waiting for the front desk. everytime I call for questions or refills that take several DAYS to be sent, they will put you on hold for minimum 20 minutes. it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through. Wish they had a call-back option.
If I could leave zero stars I would. My doctor, Dr. Hardy, is fine, but this office is a total joke. They cancelled four separate EEGs for me and I took so many unnecessary days off work because the wouldn’t cancel until the last moment. They then advised that I should go to Beaumont to get the EEG completed. Both of my appointment with Beaumont were cancelled because this office did not send over my order/authorization when I was told they would/did on numerous occasions. Maybe a doctor’s office treating stress-induced seizures shouldn’t me causing such a mountain of stress.
This place is terrible. I was treated horribly when I came for my appointment today. I’m having serious health issues and have been off of work for a month yet I’m guilted and shamed for not having $752 to give immediately when I don’t even have enough to pay my rent this month. The receptionist was snotty and made a huge deal out of it just to make me feel bad. Thanks for making me feel like I’m not worthy of medical care. I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I just left without be able to see the doctor. I will not be coming back here and will be reporting this to the appropriate parties. Shame on you.
I see Dr. Steven Hardy and he is super nice, professional, and seems like he understands my concerns. However, the front desk staff and prior authorizations dept is terrible. There seems to be no form of communication within the office. I have been waiting on a prior authorization for well over a month now after countless voicemails and phone calls between me and the nurses/front desk/and prior authorization dept. The pharmacy I use has also reached out regarding this issue multiple times. Called today and there is no recollection or notes or anything that a prior authorization has even been attempted. I left a voicemail for Brittany and never received a call back. This offices staff needs to figure out a better way of communication in a professional and timely manner. The front desk is usually rude as well. The only reason I’m giving to stars is because the doctor and nurses (I’ve been in contact with) are good.
I just left with my elderly mother without seeing the doctor. We waited for an hour and finally got up to leave and he walked in our room. An hour wait is disrespectful of our time and rude. We will be going to a new facility to see a better doctor that cares about and wants to help their patients. This is it that facility
Dr Olivia Ryder has been the best doctor I have ever been to and she has helped me so much throughout the entire process! Would highly recommend her and her staff! Great service 10/10!
Never was able to give my mom the proper diagnosis of vascular dementia. Had no idea what to expect or best way to care for her. Terrible.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
