Called six times to make my first appointment. They claimed they never received paper work from referring doctor. Each time I called there was a different reason they had. My last call they said they did receive the paperwork, but unfortunately, all of the other paperwork was transferred to a different physician outside of that particular office after I had repeatedly told them I was coming there. They basically hung up on me. Absolutely terrible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish I could give Dr.Vakhariya and his entire staff 100 stars!! Dr.V listens intently to your concerns, needs, and is very diligent with explaining all options. I’ve never met a more kind, caring , and compassionate Dr. in almost my entire life.(I’ve been trying to find relief and help for over 2 years and have been to over 10 docs) His staff is very informative, prompt, helpful, followed up to make sure I had all my appropriate paperwork and referrals and on top of it very kind, caring and compassionate! Their surgical team was on point at making me feel so comfortable and not nervous about my procedure! Jon my RN was the sweetest!! I’m sorry I’m going to forget some people’s names but the ones I can remember before I got my sleepy juice. Are: Jon(RN),Pam(surgical tech), I think my other tech was (Kristy),Jessica was my sleepy juice gal. Plus huge Shout out to Candice my recovery tech and I believe the other woman’s name was Olfe(so sorry if I missed spelled or pronounced anyone! However, I wish I could remember each of you, because you ALL made my procedure for a cervical CSI the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a surgical procedure. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!! Dr. V and his team are 100% the BEST!! Sincerely, Heather K
