Not a big fan. This was my first time going to Pinnacle. I felt rushed and like I was asking too many questions. I think there were at least 2-3 people booked within 10-20 minutes of me so that also felt like it encouraged the rushed feeling. Since we essentially pay for doctors to get paid through insurance, I feel like we should have enough time for a proper consultation and not to be rushed just to get through as many patients in one day as possible. I asked what are some main things to look for or to avoid when choosing facial skincare products and received an answer of “everyone is different” which I understand is true. I would expect AT THE VERY LEAST some sort of baseline to start experimenting with - different ingredients or brands etc. I do have sensitive skin, so I was hesitant to start with strong medicated prescriptions, so I received a recommendation for one OTC product. Overall, I did not really walk away with new knowledge or tips.

Prompt, thorough and consistent. I am covered in freckles and would not recommend anyone but this place!! Very glad I found them

Love this practice. The staff is amazing and I can always get an appointment quickly and am in and out in 30 minutes or sometimes less. Can’t recommend enough.

I have been here twice and am quite impressed by the offices, staff and the friendliness and knowledge of the doctors. They want to take the time with you and do not leave until you are satisfied!

Stacie Clark and staff are a pleasure to work with, kind and thorough. I've told by other doctors and dermatologist spots or issues that I had that were normal or not treatable that Pinnacle Dermatology at one glance gave diagnosis and [effective] treatment. I've seen a couple dermatologist over the years and every one I've had a positive experience with at the Rochester Hills office.
