Absolute love the doctors and PA's, they are very knowledgeable and explain everything. They listen and take there time with you. I highly recommend. Office is very clean, appt's run on time and you are not rushed though your appt.

Dr. Santos was incredibly kind and listened to me, I was impressed, until my second appointment. I wasn't told that I would be scheduled with Matthew Aman. The appointment started with eye contact and ended with Matthew avoiding eye contact almost completely. He told me the conditions I was concerned about (conclusions that I came to with my PCP) weren't worth testing for because they couldn't give me medications. I explained how diagnosis would help with work and to honestly validate 30 years of suffering. I don't need medications, but knowing what's wrong with me helps me navigate other health conditions, as there can be precautions to take. I'd even just appreciate eliminating one more possibility of concern! He also told me that doctors don't gather symptoms and apply them to illnesses to determine testing and treatment, when that is exactly what doctors do! He quite literally made excuses and refused to do his job. I felt like I was fighting for my health care when this appointment should have felt like I was meeting with someone who wants to advocate for my health care. I will not return to this office unless I can see Dr. Santos again.

Dr. Santos might be a good doctor - I only saw him once, so I can't tell he's a good doctor yet. I talked with a nurse to get a result of the blood test for maybe 10 seconds and I was charged $184. All the clinics I go to have online patient portal in which I have an access to blood and other test results AND also I get a hard copies of the test result in mail. But this place charged me $184 I was not given a choice of anything at the time of making an appointment to get this test result. I found it very unethical. They were happy to take my payment over the phone.

I saw Dr. Santos a few days ago. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. His resident was also very nice. I left his office with long-awaited answers and a treatment plan.

Dr Santos is the best rheumotoid Dr around. Caring and so knowlegable. He listens to you and answers any questions so thouroughly. He is the best.

The office is poorly staffed. Very difficult to get refills. Looking for a new Dr due to way the staff treats the patients.

My wife saw Dr. Santos today as a new patient. 3rd Rheumatologist she’s gone to.... Finally a Dr. that really listens AND explains everything so we could understand. Very blessed to have found “the one”. We highly recommend Dr. Santos.
