Doctor did not listen to what I was saying. I spent more time with medical assistant than an actual doctor. Told him I was being seen for Joint pain, vomiting, fatigue and skin rash that all seem to be triggered by the sun/heat. He ordered the exact same test that my PCP already did only this time I had my blood drawn at the lab at Dr Czubatyi’s office. However they failed to tell me this lab at their office was out of network with my insurance. I ended up getting a bill for $1647!! If I would have went to the lab I usually go to have my blood drawn my insurance company would have paid for it! Very disappointing experience.
I'm sure he is well educated however he lacks any knowledge about doctor patient relations. He interrupted me constantly and was just in his own world.
Had to wait several months before my first appointment, then by the time I had my 3rd appointment I had changed insurance providers and never was informed until my visit they needed a new referral. Waited till I arrived to tell me they couldn’t see me. Ever though they called multiple times to remind me of appointment but never any update about my referral. The office cared more about the paperwork then treatment. The frustration leads to me leaving my RA untreated for several more months. I made another appointment and received a call the day before to remind me of my appointment. When I arrived I was told at the window that I have a bill for two days previous appointments copays that went unpaid. That they sent me a bill and said I can’t be seen without paying. Even though it paidThey said they sent bills to my home. Of which I never received. This is the second time the office turned me away without treatment and failed to notify me prior to appointment. It’s not about care there.
Outstanding doctor that’s was a 1000% improvement from previous RA Doctor in Flint. Very knowledgeable and terrific service.
Dr Czubatyj was excellent! He spent 45 minutes listening to my experiences with my shoulder, hip and hand issues and nailed the PMR diagnosis.
This is my first experience with a rheumatologist and I am beyond pleased. Dr. Czubatyj is very attentive and actually takes the time to listen to his patient's concerns. He answers my questions thoroughly and ensures that I understand them before moving on. He never rushes our appointments and makes a point to make sure that all of my concerns are addressed. It's reassuring to have such a friendly ...
I scheduled an appointment due to having osteopenia. He ordered lab work and xrays and was vet convinced something was wrong because I’m so young. All the tests came back good. When I asked what about the osteopenia, he told me to come see his partner because he’s not the expert, he just does the mechanics. I’m not sure what that means but I’m not going for a follow up. I had to make another appointment and more lab work. He wasted my time.
Listens to my concerns, answers my questions.
Poor patient care! Not interested in patients concerns, all about insurance. Waited over 3 months to get in to below par care!!!
Office hours are terrible! I recently lost my job and had to get Medicaid. I saw the doctor 3 months ago and never got my prescription, because it took them over 4 weeks to do the PA and never got it done! I have had to make my 1x weekly medication last 3 months because no one would return my call to get samples or a prescription, which I basically paid for. PATIENT CARE IS NOT A PRIORITY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! find somewhere else!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
