I visited Dr. Copeland's Bloomfield Hills office earlier today and was pleasantly surprised. I was a new patient and so some paperwork obviously needed to be completed, the nice thing is the form was electronic, so I filled it out on my cellphone days prior and was glad that there wasn't more for me to fill out by hand. I thoroughly enjoyed that process, it was much quicker and easier and no one had to squint to try and read my chicken scratch handwriting. ALL of the staff were awesome. Often times in a doctor's office I feel like the receptionists can be a little cold and seemingly bothered, but not at Prism, the receptionist was a peach. I look forward to going back and building a better relationship with Dr. Copeland and his team. Great job and thank you!

After years of being ignored by my doctors, I was reccommended by a friend to meet Dr. Copeland. I thank God for him! He is caring and concerned and takes the time to listen and does not dismiss my claims as "stress" but really listens! His staff are all kind and friendly and I feel safe when I am there.

Dr Copeland is friendly, approachable, and demonstrates a real motivation to improve the health and safety of my family. He's created an incredible holistic environment where I don't have to run to 5 specialists and he has a pharmacist, nutritionist, and counselor right on site. He is able to treat me like a whole person and not a singular condition. He's done more for my diabetic control than any other endocrinologist. He stays up to date on evidence based practice, technology, and his staff is incredibly compassionate. I can't say enough about all the good things in this practice!!! Adding telemedicine, online scheduling, direct patient to provider messaging has been an incredible help to me.

No nonsense testing, he asks you what is going on since you know your body best and then goes from there. Great staff. Don't mind making the drive from Rochester. When you find a good one, keep him.

Too much joking around and almost sneering -like atmosphere in this "doctor's" office. Staff need to grow up and get out of their heads and actually genuinely empathize with the patient.
