Jeffrey Williamson Md's Online Review Report Card

We have been going to Dr. Williamson for years. He takes his time, is personable and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. WIlliamson has cared for my Special Needs daughter for over 5 years. She walks in the office and their friendliness allows her to feel confident with her medical care. Dr. Williamson is personable, has fantastic bedside mannerisms, willing to assist in educating medical residents pursueing careers, and exceptional follow through with orders in a timely manner. Thank you Dr. Williamson and staff or caring for my daughter!

Dr. Williamson did not know what he was getting into when he took me on as a patient. I have so many problems and allergies to medicine, that he could have discharged over something trivial. He did not do that. He has rallied like a trooper, it may take some time to figure out what I can take, but he figures it out. He is a great doctor and he will take the same amount of time with you as he does with other patients. Thank you Dr. Williamson for being there for us patients!???

Don’t disagree with him or he will drop you as a patient.

My husband and I both see Dr Williamson and Gretchen. From the first time I saw Dr Williamson in Cedar Springs I was very pleased with the care I received. He, Gretchen and the whole staff are very caring and thorough with our care. If you are looking for a doctor I would recommend this Doctor and office to anyone.

Terrible experience. I was a new patient and, while making the appointment was easy, once I got to the office (with only one other person waiting) the wait was well over an hour before I was even taken back to the exam room. No apology from any of the staff. Once I was in the exam room, I waited another 20 minutes for Dr. Williamson to arrive, and he appeared to be intoxicated. I left without finishing the appointment.

I am a new patient to Dr. Williamson. While my appt. did take a very long time (longer than I expected), I felt we had EXCELLENT dialogue in re my care and that of my family. I was very impressed. He seems very knowledgeable and seems to really care about all of his patients well being. Time will tell for sure, but as of now, I would highly recommend him. Absolutely do not mind how long any appt. will take if he is as genuine as he appears to be upon first meeting. He is VERY easy to talk to, which was also appreciated, and made you feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to a very long future with Dr. Williamson being my primary care physician. My score is reflective of my first meeting with Dr. Williamson. If I were a long time patient, I believe my score would be all "5's" given my first impression of him.

Explains to me in a way that I can understand. Very caring and very knowledgable! I travel over an hour to see Dr. Williamson since I have moved.

Love the staff, love the office, doctor is wonderful. Only issue is the follow up on his MA. I know they've worked together a long time but with a EMR system now things should not get lost when you leave a message. Don't even leave them anymore just make appointment. Nothing else would get done. He is wonderful just very very busy. Gets behind because of the time he spends with his patients (not a bad thing)
