Wost place I have EVER worked. Its Ran By a group or family friends, No One Gets Punnished. I started out as Housekeeping, and quicky rose to get a promotion into the main Inventory position. But after a few months I was fired from that position cuz bosses golfing buddy son wanted the job. Found out the Housekeeping”supervisor” Vicky Lambert was hiring new female workers at dollars higher an hour than the male workers that have been their for years. Vicky Lambert later fired me for missing a meeting, while i was working part-time taking care of me mom who was die-ing from a rare cancer. They Fired me one week after my Mom passed away in our house. we where taking care of her personally at our home. Vickey did not care about that or my Amazing work with the patients. Horrible place, Ive seen patients sufficate on plastic bags, patients falling hitting their head, and not getting medical help for days. Glad they lost their NO-FAULT!!! Horrific place.. dont send your loved one here!!!!!
Very low on staff! Rude staff, they would tell me that my loved one doesn't know how to use the phone, after we've been using the phone to talk everyday as our only communication due to covid restrictions. Had him in the hallway most of the time, sometimes they would run into his room and grab things from him in a very unprofessional manner, staff would be loud and laughing and he thought they were laughing at him, feeding tube wasn't being properly cleaned and so on he had many episodes here. We found somewhere that has staff and the care he needs. If you have options!! Dont choose this place.
The thing I hated most, the time I was there is most all the employees talk to you in the same manner with the comment Ok after everything they say to you. Like it's hard for you to comprehend what they are saying. They should know that there is different levels of brain injury 🤣 so that is very disrespectful once they know you are sane.
Fantastic place! My adult son was a traumatic brain injury resident for 5 months. He made great progress in their program. When he was admitted, he could walk @ 50 feet with assistance, by the time he left he was able to walk over a mile. The staff members were very caring, considerate, respectful, patient, and kind. The PCAs were AMAZING, my son was able to feel like a man during his stay because the interaction with the people who were with him on a daily basis. Everyone from the housekeeping department to nursing to therapy and administrative staff helped in his recovery (medical, physical, emotional, and social). It gave me peace to know that I could trust leaving my son in his fragile state and that his complete wellbeing was protected by the Angels of Special Tree♡♡♡
From the nurses, to the cleaning ladies, to all of the staff there, I do not have any negativity whatsoever to say! My daughter has been in there for a few months now, she is a 21 years old very fiesty girl, In a horrific motorcycle accident & oh my she is loved so much there! She really wants home but with everybody there taking care of her, having her enjoy the day, especially when mom or family cant be there for the day, she is completly happy! They are working really hard with her through all kinds of therapy. I as her mom have no complaints whatsoever! Thank you Special tree for everything you do for my girl!
I had an interview scheduled. There was confusion about the time. That is not the problem. The person that I was supposed to interview with refused to even acknowledge that I was there. She made the receptionist repeat what she had told the receptionist. That is completely disrespectful.I complained to the supervisor. She called back the next day & said the issue was resolved. How was it resolved? That means they just ignore the complaint & go on being disrespectful. This just shows they really don't care about anything but a paycheck.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
