Every time I come here it’s a rude front desk person. You can be nice as you want to be and she’s still going to be rude to you. God bless this place!
If you feel ill, or not do not come to this place! I was asked questions (way to many) that had nothing to do with receiving health care or my personal past history as well. First I had stood in line behind a few people then was told that I should have paid attention to a table at entrance that was unattended and no sign of what I was to do. So after I get to the window for service then I was told that I had to go back to the table at entrance and fill out a questionnaire, take my temperature and record it as well on that paper and then I could check in at window. Oh, yes stood behind a couple more people once again! Was given another more papers that ask too many questions didn’t have time to even finish when I was called back by a nice lady with long hair. Sorry I didn’t get her name cause she is the only one who actually spoke in a pleasant tone and genuinely seemed to care. Then sadly she was asking questions she had to ask as part as me getting to see the Doctor. However, those were same questions that were on the sheet I was still filling out trying to complete. Someone came and told her rudely that she had taken to much time with me. That Also the Doctor was ready to come in . I waited 15 minutes still filling out questionnaire by the way. Doctor finally came in and was very disrespectful, arrogant and also asking questions like I was his child or something. My visit there was a traumatic experience to say the least. Oh never finished all the questions on anything. I then asked myself a question in my head is this the “care” you want when you really need it? No compassion, empathy or concern shown by anyone except that first small nice lady with long hair that called me back. This place has a mission statement that is really huge on the wall when you enter. Supposed to be where they would pray with you if you want to and so called Christian based treatment. Not true at all! You cannot disrespect, discard and treat someone as they did me. So I have taken time to write this review in hopes and prayers that anyone who sees this will think twice before coming here for your care. I saw the ratings and reviews that were online about this place. Thought I would try to get the “care” I needed and wanted but seriously that did not happen. Will post a few pictures and hopefully when you are considering “care” from here you will have enough feedback to go somewhere else! God Bless!
I have bcbs hmo policy and this place was given to me as a primary care a few years ago. I needed a referral for a therapist for mental health and substance abuse. I haven’t been to doctor in a long time and dr calcut made me feel at ease. (doctors offices freak me out) He gave me the referral I needed so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for a therapist. When I found a therapist I liked and booked an appointment entered my insurance info and all was in order. The number I was given to talk to their benefits coordinator at covenant was never answered. I left all details needed and asked for a callback if anything further was needed this was on Friday. I then call on Tuesday and had to talk to the receptionist to see if everything is in order she said it was. I get a call back a few hours later that they needed more info and gave it to them I was then told the therapist is not under my network. Today (Wednesday) I check with my insurance and the therapists office if they take my insurance I was assured it was they were confused as to what the problem with the doctor was. Call doctors office for some reason the office kept telling me it’s not under network that I need to have my insurance call them when I spoke with at customer service for my insurance earlier he said he didn’t do that idk if that’s true or not and said to have doctors call them. Then when I spoke to Vicky who on Tuesday said she waited on hold with them and couldn’t wait all day. Then today Wednesday she said she called twice and no one answered and I asked about her call yesterday she said she never called. I have no idea what number she called for my insurance and basically gave me the run around told me she’s not working tomorrow (which is fine) and would be in Friday and maybe get to it. The doctors seemed great but the office staff is incompetent did not make me feel valued as a patient and basically couldn’t explain this problem they were having or how they could fix it. Basically vicky didn’t want to wait on hold
Do yourself a favor and find one of the many online sites that offer medical/prescription assistance. You can totally skip this clinic, and avoid that rude receptionist that everyone else has commented on( the one that rolls her eyes in disgust at the patients) and get much quicker, friendlier efficient care from a real doctor that won't just give you a referral to yet another office that can't help you for literally months.
I have been seeing Dr Abbo at this clinic for over ten years. I have since moved from Ferndale, where I first lived when I began seeing Dr Abbo, and now drive happily the much farther distance to continue my health journey with her and this clinic. Most all of the employees who work here have been with Covenant since I can remember, which to means a great deal about the work environment. I saw a fellow Yelper's one-star review of this place and how she called them 'less than Christian', and made claims that they do not pay their bills. Huh? Every single morning, before they begin their day, the entire staff joins in a prayer circle to give thanks and prayers for the day ahead. I have witnessed this and was very impressed. Additionally, although it does not happen every single time I visit, I am often asked if I would like them to pray with or for me, about any concerns I'm having in my life. I'm a not a religious person, (I do not adhere to one faith) but I am very spiritual, and have accepted their offer on a number of occasions. At no time did any staff member proselytize, or make me feel uncomfortable about our differences in our spiritual beliefs, so I'm not sure what would look more Christ-like than that - accepting others as they are. Dr Abbo always spends an entire hour with me. The entire hour. Not 5 or 10 minutes. An entire hour.
I've been seeing Dr. Dillon and her staff for a few years now and I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Dillon and her staff. Dr. Dillon is a great doctor who truly cares about her patients. When I lost my mom a year ago to Cancer they offered resources and listened. Recently I reached to Dr. Dillon after being diagnosed with Covid while pregnant and having a hard time contacting my OB office for answers. I was in pain, sick, in tears and frustrated that I couldn't reach a doctor or nurse at my OB office so I reached out to Dr. Dillon on the patient portal and she replied quickly. She had the nurse Carly call to check on me,answer questions and offer a telehealth appointment. Carly was so patient and kind answering my questions and making me feel better. I'm so thankful for Dr. D and her staff! If you want a great doctor who cares this is it!
I was referred here thinking because of the location I would be in good hands and was looking for my questions to be answered as though I’ve never been to this facility before and wasn’t sure how things worked. The receptionist was completely rude. I couldn’t even get clarity before being Interrupted. Before she put me on hold I could hear her make an smart remark. If you can’t be professional find a new job and learn how to mute the phone before responding unprofessionally. I immediately hung up and researched a different facility.I’ll pass, No Thanks!
Been going here 5 years. The front desk staff is not supervised and sometimes do not answer the phone or the line is busy. I had one woman ask me out loud what I was coming in for in front of everyone. The doctors are amazing, but the front desk is a mess. It never used to be like this. Last time I tried to make an appointment they said I could only do a walk in.
This place is ridiculous.. I called to have my prescription filled and they called back and said they wont refill it without coming in to be seen.. I don't have transportation and have a 1 year old and 10 year old with no babysitter... The lady on the phone was rude and didn't care about my situation.. I need my medication and can't just suddenly stop taking it bc of the withdrawal symptoms..... It's Sertraline a mood stabilizer.. I don't understand why they can't fill it until I can find a way to get there... Doesn't seem like they care about their patients at all and just want to pocket money from the office visit.. I can't believe this is how they treat their patients..
Dr. Dillion and the staff is professional and kind. I refer people all the time!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
