Dr. Kimberly Drenser's Online Review Report Card

My son has a genetic eye disease and has been seeing Dr. Drenser for 8 years. She has worked well to manage his condition and provide him with thoughtful care.

I got an appointment the day after I was referred by my doctor . The tests were thorough and I had surgery the next day. I had three follow up visits in less than a week and they answered questions by phone three other times in the first two weeks. Everyone I've met before and after the surgery has been great.

My ophthalmologist referred me to ARC and I met with Dr Kimberly Drenser. She was very thorough and performed all of the tests needed to diagnose my condition. She spent time with me to answer all of my questions, never rushed. I highly recommend Dr Drenser and her awesome staff at ARC.

Dr. Drenser is the best! Outstanding physician. Great patient/physician interaction. Office staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. They do not overbook appointments so you get in and out very quickly.

I would like to thank Dr Kimberly Drenser for her professionalism and especially the coordination and expertise of her staff. This was my second visit with her. Several years ago my Ophthalmologist recommended her to repair my detached retina. I was extremely pleased with her expertise in resolving my issue both pre and post surgery. Recently I encountered another retinal issue whereas my Ophthalmologist recommended I see a Retinal Specialist I specifically asked if he would coordinate an appointment with Doctor Drenser. Fortunately the issue wasn’t as serious as my prior issue. Within a week I had an appointment with Dr Drenser through ARC Associated Retinal Consultants. The system they use processing patients through their system was excellent. I compare it to an automotive production line whereas the process moves smoothly from checkin to several stations where associates evaluate your vision issues. I had been a patient along with my mother for many years until my mother passed away. I continue with Dr. Drenser because she is a kind, considerate, and thorough doctor who listens to her patients. I am in good hands with her care, have recommended her to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

I am a patient of Dr. Dressner and have been for the last four years. She is extremely professional and an excellent physician. She has performed two detached retina surgeries on me and has been managing my macular degeneration. I now only have to have a shot every 3 to 4 months in my macular eye. I would recommend Dr Dressner to anyone looking for a retinal specialist.

All staff encountered were very nice and helpful. We were at our appointment for several hours but each step was clearly explained and when we were done, we left feeling confident with the diagnosis and information received.
