I just called the office of his he needs to fired the front receptionist..I want to make a appointment to see him apparently this receptionist she has not heard of my insurance telling me I have to signed a waiver I said okay it will cost me 600.00 or more and she states I don't think I could NoT afford it...Receptionist is so damn lazy to get my insurance phone number and I already called my insurance and all my insurance said is to billed them and I will pay the difference...I am so so sorry Dr.Watnick you have a new patient like me want to see you but being turn down by a receptionist who don't know nothing about customers service...

I told this Doctor I had no insurance and was disabled and he ambused me for $599.00 after doing exactly what another Doctor had already done (Eye examination) two (2) days earlier for a mere $70.00 with the exception this doctor took a few photos of my eyes and did a field study and then the lady at the desk refused to give me a billing statement of the specific charges telling me she had to wait until she sent out the file to another location.

Very caring doctor. Always willing to explain and listen to my concerns. I have been seeing Dr. Watnick for over 10 years. The only thing I would recommend is that they call to remind you of a scheduled appointment.
