Good doctor and very professional in person. Unfortunately he is not easy to get ahold of. You need to leave more than one message with his staff for refills and then he only gives you a few month worth of pills. So then you need to go through this process every 3 months. I wish he was better about refills or communication online otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Did not even try to help me at my lowest and sickest time. Blew me off and my symptoms, I have emotional trauma from this doctor.

Dr spent most of visit typing every comment I made about my health issue. He offered no comment other than "I don't think it's a problem." To make matters worse a few days after my appointment I called the office to advise my problem was getting worse. Dr returned my call and said he was ordering a script and a CT scan - neither of which happened. A subsequent visit to another specialist rendered different results necessitating 2 immediate diagnostic procedures.

I've been waiting on him to call me with my biopsy results for almost 2 weeks now. I've called the office over and over. Maybe it's not important to him but I'm worried to death. So my results are just setting there and he still hasn't called me. Also was supposed to call me in a stomach medicine and still hasn't done that either. So no I wouldn't recommend him as of now for anything. I'll update when he finally calls with my results.

Rude staff. Rude Dr. Delays in treatment due to lack of communication from staff.

Support staff who answered the phone/took appointments was consistently rude. I have never had such bad customer service. Took me 3 weeks and multiple calls to get a medication refill. When I was eventually able to see Dr Desai, in response to my concern, he reported "loving to yell at his staff." I was not given clear instructions on follow up care. Was not given instructions on rescheduling. Was told staff would call me to check in. I received a call within a week, was not able to answer. When I attempted to return the call, staff acted confused and irritated that I was calling. I never received a follow up call. I have since scheduled with another Dr. Would not recommend.

Dr Desai is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable physicians I've ever encountered. I was very ill and he saved me. I have been in remission from UC for nearly 3 years thanks to this man. I cannot say enough good things about him and his practice.

Today I had to go in for a colonoscopy with Dr Desai. The prep work the night before wasn’t as bad as I thought. The procedure went very smoothly. Dr Desai was very friendly and professional. I have to go back in 3 years for another due to my families history.

I don't know what happen to him, lately he's been very dismissive, unconcerned, do not follow up on his commitments. I would call the secretary to share my concerns. I think he's too busy also.

I had a colonoscopy completed with Dr Desai. The process went very well and no problems.
