Very friendly and thorough. Available every time I’ve needed her, as long as you keep the appointments you make there is absolutely no issue with wellness checks at any age. Everyone in the office is also quite friendly and I haven’t yet had to wait long when I take my daughter to see her - in fact it all ran rather quickly compared to the few other doctors we’ve visited. It was very important to me that my young daughter see a female doctor for my comfort and trust, as well as my daughter’s now and as she grows. It took some time to find the right female doctor with prompt and friendly patient care; as well as someone who was/is attentive, thorough, and truly takes the time to converse with patients and parents (no matter the age). She’s also very helpful and informative when asked questions or brought concerns from myself as a parent. I appreciate this doctor and am glad to take my daughter to see her!

Served as my family's pediatrician for as long as I could remember. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Highly recommended! She also let me job shadow her for my senior project in high school; I am now studying to become a pediatrician.

I been going to dr pounce thru 3 kids, the oldest being 26yrs old now. She has always made room if my kids need to be seen. Staff member Carol is the best. I would tell anyone to go check out this office, you will be pleased.

Everyone that works in the office is very caring and very nice. I have been going to Dr. Ponce for 11 yrs. now and I would never go any where else. I have been to other doctors for my children and my children never wanted to go but with Dr. Ponce they like going to her. She always lets me know what is going on with my children and if I need her to see them she always gets them in that day of me calling.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!Not only does this office feel dirty, Dr. Ponce speaks very poor english, I couldnt understand half of what she said. Billing department is awful, made extra claims to insurance and then billed me for claims not even made. Please save yourself the headache, you'll just have to find another doctor anyway....

She wasn't quick to give a prescription for an antibiotic. I like this. Sometimes I think they are over prescribed.

nurse carol was very professional and nice, Dr. Ponce was knowledgeable and courteous. Made a thorough check-up with my son, was very pleased with her.
