I went to Dr Bays because I had an aorta problem. It’s been about 10 years and I’ve had zero problems. I would recommend him as a surgeon in a heartbeat. Since then I have gone every year for a check up and even though I haven’t seen Dr Bays his staff is excellent. However the woman that has done my ultrasound every year leaves a lot to be desired. Last visit during the height of the covid pandemic like a good soldier I were a mask. Felt a sneeze coming on so raised my mask to hold my nose to stop the sneeze. Thought she was going to have a heart attack! Proceeded to tell me to sneeze into my mask. Ain’t gonna happen. If I can stop the sneeze I wii. Woman has no place working in a surgeons office

My last visit Dr Bays was very nice. That was 6 months ago.

Dr. Bays is an excellent surgeon.

I was referred by a colleague of his to Dr. Bays for another opinion on a difficult diagnosis. He was very professional, took the time to make sure he understood all the information from the tests that were already completed and explained his findings. This was a very worthwhile visit.

Dr. Bays is a very skilled surgeon with excellent communication skills. He is a conscientious professional who treats his patients with respect. His office staff is very positive and upbeat. I would highly recommend Dr. Bays.

The entire staff at this office is SUPER friendly and helpful!!! I had issues for over two weeks that the ER and other docs could not resolve... in less than an hour this amazing staff diagnosed my issues and worked on getting them resolved! They worked diligently to have procedures and surgeries scheduled for me before I left the office... I was scheduled for the very next day. I highly recommended this office, their staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I can tell that Bays does not only have integrity, but also holds high standards for himself and his facility. I initially had a bad experience visiting his office and communicating with some of his staff. Bays sent me a personal apology letter which made my week. His ultrasound tech gave me a tour of their surgery area. I have been in a hospital cath-lab and can assure you Bays has a state of the art facility. Guys, heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Bays.

Dr. Bays is an excellent surgeon. He took the time to explain things before and after surgery. He showed us pictures, drew a diagram, and was very patient answering all of our questions. Surgery results were excellent.

Very skillful surgeon who takes the time to explain things. He has a wonderful bedside manner plus good technical skills. He responded promptly when we had a question on the weekend. He is very conscientious and truly cares about his patients.

Bays scheduled me for an unnecessary repeat diagnostic test so he could bill my insurance. I ended up having to pay an extra $200 that I shouldn't have had to. Waited 45 min past my appointment time to see Dr. Kim for only a few minutes. They sent my bill to the wrong address for two months, and then claimed it was my fault. Billing department (Diane) was very disrespectful to me. I would rate this facility 0 stars if I could.
