Dr novoloso was a God send to me and my severely impaired daughter. This man has wonderful bedside manner, patience & understanding. It's very hard to find good doctor with the skills he has. And trust me we've seen many that don't compare to Dr. Novoloso.

This man should not be allowed to practice medicine. If it wasn't for him and his at the time nurse practitioner. I would still have my mother. Unless you want a Doctor Who's going to ignore you're please that you're in pain for a year. And accuse you of trying to score pain meds. Which my mother had never had a history with drug abuse, never been prescribed pain meds, and wasn't even asking for that. She was asking for medical treatment and was ignored until her infection spread to her body and killed her. I would not recommend ever using this doctor

Dr. Novoloso has the patients of a saint and listening skills like no other. He is very caring, dedicated, highly intelligent, goes above and beyond and truly cares about the health and well being of his patients. We couldn't ask for a better medical provider!

Horrible office staff. I had an appointment with Dr. Noveloso and ended up with the NP-C Kay. This was the best office in the area but his staff is the worst. I am now looking for a new doctor becuase it was so bad on my last visit. Dr. Noveloso is very willing to refer you to another doctor when needed, but now you never see him. When I first started seeing Dr. Noveloso he would spend as much time as necessary with you, but now he will rush you out so he can go to lunch on time. It takes longer to get his office to call you back than he spends time with you.

You wait up to an hour in his office. Very poor staff, unknowlegable. His Office Mgr has no medical background. His scheduler has no triage skills and has at times has requested I wait up to one week for treatment of a sinus infection. I ended up in after hour clinic. His staff is sloppy and dressed very unprofessionally. Dr. Noveloso is uneducated about new medications and relies to heavily on his computer for information. This office would have some potential with a through "house cleaning" of staff. A nurse is needed in this office to help get things into shape.

About a half hour late with appointment, usually, but worth it. Very knowledgable, spends lots of time addressing concerns. Seems very up to date with treatment options. Not afraid to send to specialists. We had a problem with a staff member, and he rectified situation immediately and satisfactorily.
