Jeffrey Milewski's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Milewski was very short and dismissive of my 1 year old son. He looked into my son’s ears and throat and then briefly discussed symptoms of a virus (which my son tested negative for and did not have) and listed ‘nasal congestion’ as the main reason my son was being seen. Had he checked my son’s chart, he may have had a better idea of what was going on, or why we were referred to an ENT by a pediatrician at the hospital- of which he was recently admitted to TWICE. Dr. Milewski treated us as if we were in his office because of a simple cold instead of a follow-up from the hospital for respiratory distress. We had face to face contact for less than 5 minutes. I felt as if he viewed us as a burden and that my concerns were not heard or acknowledged.

Very impersonal and didn’t want to give you the time of day . It was a 3 minute stay and had no concern for the patient. Absolutely no questions answered. He showed no concerned over the history of the patient. No recommendations from me.

Wouldn’t see me after an ER visit due to a missed appointment back in 2015. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend. Receptionist is rude and doesn’t belong in a professional office doesn’t speak in a professional manner. That’s Saginaw for you though.

Dr. Milewski sat down, looked in my ears and nose, and diagnosed my problem inside of 5 minutes. Not only that, but the staff made me feel welcome in a strange and stressful situation. Thank you.

Always keep your appointment times. Also very well at explaining your diagnosis and treatment.

My experience with the office staff and Dr. Milewski was very pleasant and professional. My waiting room time was minimal and I found the doctor to be easy to talk to and personable.

Very unprofessional in my opinion. He was arrogant, unfriendly, and treated my son and I like an annoyance for coming in.

Dr Milewski is knowledgeable and makes you feel that your problems are important.

Dr. Milewski listened to all of my concerns as my son had been on 9 rounds of antibiotics and his ear infections hadn’t resolved. He took swift action and put tubes in, finally fixing my sons ear infections. He seemed to genuinely enjoy kids and spent as much time with me as I needed. The staff who call you back for your appointment and get your history are great. It’s his check-in/check-out staff and whoever answers the phone when you call that need lessons in customer service.

one of the office personnel was arguing with a patient when we walked in. Dr. Milewski spent maybe 5 minutes with my husband, telling him he was going to order an MRI to check for a possible brain tumor, before even examining my husband. If he had looked at my husband's health history he would have noticed that he is a cancer survivor. So, now my husband is freaked out. It took the office a week to get the MRI scheduled. And they are rude. It doesn't feel as if patient care is important here.
