I would not recommend this facility for anyone, my mom was there for almost two weeks and it was a ghost town. Hardly any staff and to many patients to handle with that amount. Staff sitting on their phones in the halls on Facebook, and when you would press the call button we timed it once at just under 53 minutes for someone to come in. They said they were waiting on approval for 3 days from insurance to transfer her out to a rehab facility but was a lie and they had not sent it when we called insurance. Don’t take any of your family to this facility until it gets a good administrator to clean house and get care the way it should be.

During my stay the staff was fantastic, my room was cleaned daily, and they got me back on my feet and on my way home.

The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I recieved great care and was very happy with my experience. My room was kept clean and so was the physical therapy area. I had the chance to see and hear the staff interactions with other patients and their families and it was always positive. I was very ill and very scared when I arrived and the staff worked hard to make me feel safe and cared for.

This place is awful. They don't pay attention to their patients and have zero sense of urgency. Wish we did our research before sending our mother here and she might still be alive.... and don't ask me to reach out to anyone there's nothing that can be said or done to change the damage that's been done.

My stay here at Select Specialty Saginaw has been nothing but Awesome! All doctors and staff treated me with dignity and respect as if I was the only one that mattered! I recommend Select to anyone that might require special attention and desire to get their life back to what it was I would highly recommend Select Saginaw above all others - no words can explain! If anyone needs specialty care with TLC - I recommend Select!!
